Color image formation method

There is disclosed a developing processing method and apparatus in which developing processing is carried out with a developing solution being jetted toward an emulsion surface of a photosensitive material from jetting holes of a blowoff chamber. Only one blowoff chamber is disposed in a developing tank and conveying roller sets are disposed at both sides of the blowoff chamber. The photosensitive material is horizontally conveyed above the blowoff chamber by the conveying roller sets. Due to the number of components of the developing processing tank being thus reduced, the apparatus can be made small in size. Positions where the photosensitive material is nipped by the roller sets are located within a processing solution, and therefore, there is no possibility of the photosensitive material being nipped and conveyed in a state in which outer peripheral surfaces of the rollers are wet non-uniformly with the processing solution. As a result, non-uniform processing is prevented.

Developing processing method and apparatus

In a developing processing method and apparatus in which developing processing is carried out in such a manner that a processing solution is jetted from jetting holes to an emulsion surface of a photosensitive material, a hole diameter of the jetting holes is set to be 0.5 mm to 0.9 mm. In this case, clogging of the jetting holes does not easily occur and the processing solution can be jetted from the jetting holes stably for a long period of time. Accordingly, non-uniform processing is rarely caused. Intervals between the jetting holes in the transverse direction of the photosensitive material are each in a range of 3.0 mm to 4.5 mm. The jetting holes are disposed in such a manner that jetting holes of adjacent three rows in a direction in which the photosensitive material is conveyed are located at different positions to form a staggered arrangement, and the three rows of jetting holes are formed repeatedly. By substantially shortening the intervals between the jetting holes in the transverse direction of the photosensitive material, non-uniform processing does not occur even in a photosensitive material having a large transverse direction, and a desired photographic property can be obtained.

A development processing apparatus includes: a plurality of stock tanks which stores a plurality of types of processing solutions; a small-volume single processing tank including an entrance/exit port for a film which enables the entering/exiting of the film, the processing tank accommodating the film via the entrance/exit port for a film and developing the film in the plurality of types of processing solutions; processing solution supply which supplies the plurality of types of processing solutions from the plurality of stock tanks to the processing tank in a predetermined order; a sensor which measures the temperature of the processing solution within the processing tank; a heater which is disposed at the stock tanks or the processing solution supply and heats the processing solution; and control which is connected to the processing solution supply and the heater and controls the processing solution supply such that the last processing solution supplied to the processing tank is filled within the processing tank even after the film is removed from the processing tank, and the control controlling the heater such that the temperature of the last processing solution is set to a predetermined temperature and that the processing tank is lagged by the last processing solution heated by the heater. Therefore, because the processing tank is lagged by the heated last processing solution upon insertion of the film, the development processing can be effected rapidly at optimal temperature.

Apparatus for and method of development processing

A photosensitive material processing apparatus is provided with a loading section for loading therein a film container accommodating a film which is wound from one edge section in the longitudinal section thereof around a spool shaft with the edge section thereof in the longitudinal section separated from the spool shaft for development and also which is returned in the separated state to a customer, said film accommodated therein in the state of being wound around the spool shaft; a feeding device means for feeding the film into the loading section from another edge section of the film wound around the spool shaft and also retaining the film in the state where the former edge section of the film in the longitudinal direction is kept locked in the loading section; and a single processing tank for receiving a portion of the film fed out by the feeding means from the loading section and developing the film with a processing liquid. Therefore, it is not necessary to convey the film in a curved manner in the processing tank.

Development processing apparatus

The present invention provides a method and a processor for processing silver halide photosensitive materials for photographing. The silver halide photosensitive material is constructed of a support on which are formed at least one photosensitive silver halide emulsion layer and a magnetic recording layer which contains magnetic particles. The photosensitive material undergoes color development, desilvering, and washing and/or stabilization within a processing container, with no requirement to be separated from its housing container for photographing. Subsequently, the thus-processed photosensitive material is returned into the housing container. The processing method and the processor feature simple work, high image quality, and an easy-to-operate compact structure.

Photographic processing using a novel chelating complex

A photographic light-sensitive material processing method in which not only a low-replenishment process, a speedy process and a compensation process in addition to a standard process can be carried out, but replenishment can be performed appropriately for various types of film or the like. A plurality of color developers are accommodated in respective developing tanks. A controller sets conveyance paths to selectively convey light-sensitive materials to any one of the development tanks. Further, the controller controls the operations of replenishment pumps by calculating the appropriate replenishment rate in accordance with the quantity of processing of film through a conveyance quantity detection sensor, a density detection sensor, a memory and an arithmetic operation unit.
