A rotary electric machine having a stator whose dismantled structure can be reintegrated at reduced cost. The stator eliminates difficulties in separation and reuse at the time of disposal incident to use of molding such as resin molding. Also, it has no adverse environmental impacts. A plurality of stator cores having a plurality of magnetic poles arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction are laminated in the axial direction with use of a heat-shrinkable tube having an appropriate compression retention force. The outer circumferences of these stator cores are covered collectively with another heat-shrinkable tube. The heat-shrinkable tubes are heated so that the plurality of stator cores are integrated into a single-piece structure by the heat-shrunk tubes.

A permanent-magnet generator rotor comprising a first rotor shaft end portion having in the axial center a hollow portion through which a bolt is passed; a second shaft end portion having in the axial center a hollow portion and a bearing portion through which the bolt is passed. A magnetic cylindrical body is sandwiched between the first and second shaft end portions. The permanent-magnet generator rotor includes the magnetic cylindrical body fixed between the first and second shaft ends, a permanent magnet held on the outer circumferential surface of the magnetic cylindrical body; a non-magnetic cylindrical body shrink-fit onto the outer circumferential surface of the permanent magnet; a stator disposed around the permanent magnet; and the bolt penetrating through the first and second shaft ends; the hollow portions in the generator, and the magnetic cylindrical body.

In a stator core support structure in a conventional rotating electric machine, it has been difficult to set the circumferential and radial stiffnesses with which elastic bars support a stator core, to appropriate values in view of a relationship between transmission of torque and vibration prevention. In order to solve the above problem, sectional shape of elastic support bars is formed as rectangular, elliptic, rhombic or the like, and accordingly, the ratio between circumferential and radial stiffness of the elastic support bars can be changed.
