A gas meter includes a meter entrance that allows a fluid to flow in, a meter exit that allows the fluid to flow out, and a flow rate measurer that measures a flow rate of the fluid. In addition, the flow rate measurer includes a plurality of flow rate measuring units having the same shape and composed of a flow passage portion with a rectangular cross section shape on the outer side and a sensor portion disposed on one face of the flow passage portion. The plurality of flow rate measuring units are integrally configured by bonding faces having no sensor portion so as to serve as bonding faces of the flow rate measuring units.

Gas meter

A gas flowmeter includes: device body () which accommodates a fluid to be measured; inlet pipe () through which the fluid to be measured flows into device body (); and outlet pipe () through which the fluid to be measured flows out from device body () through connecting pipe (). The gas flow meter also includes: ultrasonic flow rate measuring unit () which has a first end side connected to outlet pipe () and performs flow rate measurement of the fluid to be measured which flows in ultrasonic flow rate measuring unit (); and connecting pipe () which is disposed between ultrasonic flow rate measuring unit () and outlet pipe (), and is connected to outlet pipe (). The gas flow meter further includes support member () which supports a second end side of ultrasonic flow rate measuring unit ().

Gas flowmeter

A gas flowmeter includes: a device body which air-tightly accommodates a fluid to be measured; an inlet pipe through which the fluid to be measured is made to flow into the device body; and an outlet pipe through which the fluid to be measured is made to flow out from the device body. The gas flowmeter further includes: an ultrasonic flow rate measuring unit which is connected to the outlet pipe and measures a flow rate of the fluid to be measured which flows in the ultrasonic flow rate measuring unit; a connecting pipe which is connected to the outlet pipe; and a flow passage member which is connected to the connecting pipe and has a flow passage shape identical to a shape of the ultrasonic flow rate measuring unit. The gas flowmeter is provided with a support member which fixes the ultrasonic flow rate measuring unit and the flow passage member to each other. With such a configuration, a gas flow meter capable of performing stable flow rate measurement can be implemented.

Flowmeter having a flow measuring unit and a flow passage member in a single housing

A measurement unit includes a fluid inlet to let a fluid flow in, a fluid outlet to let the fluid flow out, and a single flow path connecting the fluid inlet with the fluid outlet. The measurement unit further includes a plurality of partition boards and a measuring instrument. The plurality of partition boards are disposed along a current of the fluid and between facing side surfaces of the flow path. The plurality of partition boards define M flow path segments (where M is an integer of 2 or greater) between the facing side surfaces. The measuring instrument measures a flow rate of the fluid flowing through N successively adjacent flow path segments (where N is an integer of 1 or greater and less than M).

Measurement unit and flow rate meter

A flow rate measurement device includes a turbulence reduction component having opening portions and disposed between a measurement channel and a pair of hole portions across which a pair of ultrasonic transceivers are disposed from the measurement channel. The pair of opening portions of the turbulence reduction component each have frame pieces which are substantially identical in width. This makes it possible to reduce, with small attenuation of ultrasound, the occurrence of turbulence that is attributable to entrained flows in the pair of hole portions and is a cause of measurement error, thereby ensuring measurement accuracy.

Flow rate measurement device

An ultrasonic transmission/reception unit includes a metal plate, an acoustic matching member, a piezoelectric substrate, a first lead wire, a second lead wire, and a vibration suppression member containing a thermoplastic resin as a major component, the vibration suppression member being configured to cover, in a unitary manner, the other main surface of the metal plate, which is other than a portion of the other main surface to which the piezoelectric substrate is fastened, a surface of the piezoelectric substrate, an end surface of the metal plate, an outer peripheral portion of the one main surface of the metal plate, the first lead wire, and the second lead wire.

Ultrasonic transmission/reception unit, manufacturing method of ultrasonic transmission/reception unit, and ultrasonic flow meter device

A shutoff valve according to the present invention includes: a motor configured to cause a rotating shaft to rotate; a lead screw formed on the rotating shaft; a lead nut into which the lead screw is screwed; and a valve element configured to block a passage, the valve element being configured to move in an axial direction in accordance with rotation of the rotating shaft. A dry lubricating coating is formed on a contact surface where the lead screw and the lead nut come into contact with each other. A thread pitch of the lead screw is set such that a current applied to the motor, the current being in relation to an inductance of the motor, is in a range that does not cause explosion of the fuel gas and that allows thrust force necessary for moving the valve element to be obtained.

Shutoff valve device

An ultrasonic wave transmitting and receiving unit includes: a piezoelectric member supporting plate; an acoustic matching member fixed to one surface of the piezoelectric member supporting plate; a piezoelectric member fixed to the other surface. Moreover, the ultrasonic wave transmitting and receiving unit includes: an insulating vibration suppressing member integrally formed in such a manner as to cover the piezoelectric member and the piezoelectric member supporting plate, wherein the insulating vibration suppressing member has a hole reaching the piezoelectric member supporting plate.
