An image pickup apparatus includes a movable unit that holds an image sensor, a fixed unit that supports the movable unit movably in a direction orthogonal to an optical axis direction, and a first heat conductive member configured to radiate heat from the movable unit. The movable unit includes a restricting member. The fixed unit has a contact portion configured to come into contact with the restricting member to restrict the movable unit from moving. The first heat conductive member radiates the heat from the movable unit via the restricting member.

An electronic apparatus which achieves ease of incorporating flexible boards into the electronic apparatus and ease of impedance control at the same time. A first flexible board and a second flexible board are placed along a structure having a bent portion and a flat portion. Differential signal wires are wired on one surface of the first flexible board placed between the structure and the second flexible board, and first ground wires for impedance control of the differential signal wires are wired on the other surface and on a rear side of the differential signal wires. Second ground wires for impedance control of the differential signal wires are wired on one surface of the second flexible board the one surface of the first flexible board faces. A wiring density of the first and second ground wires differs between an area along the bent portion and an area along the flat portion.

An electronic device capable of improving the ease of assembling a speaker and a microphone and ensuring the sound insulation for the speaker and microphone with a less number of parts. When the electronic device is assembled, a protrusion portion of the holding member and an elastic member disposed on an upper surface of the speaker are brought in close contact with an upper plate portion of a front cover, whereby a space defined by the protrusion portion, an upper surface of the microphone, and a microphone hole formed surface of the upper plate portion and a space defined by the elastic member, the upper surface of the speaker, and a speaker hole formed surface of the upper plate portion are each isolated and shielded from another space defined inside of the front cover.

An imaging apparatus includes a light-emitting unit from which a lead wire and a flexible wiring board extend, a shaft member passing through the light-emitting unit, and a base member having formed therein two bearing portions pivotally supporting the shaft member. The light-emitting unit is caused to shift between an in-use state and a stored state according to the light-emitting unit being rotated around the shaft member. The flexible wiring board extending from the light-emitting unit extends into the imaging apparatus through a space between the two bearing portions in which the shaft member is located. The lead wire extending from the light-emitting unit extends into the imaging apparatus through an outside of one of the two bearing portions in which the shaft member is not located.

The plurality of analog signal terminals are not disposed between the pair of differential signal terminals. The plurality of analog signal terminals are disposed between the plurality of digital signal terminals other than the pair of differential signal terminals.
