A device according to one aspect of the present invention is an intranasal powdered medicine dispensing device () for dispensing a predetermined dose of a powdered medicine into a nasal cavity. A nozzled cartridge () for storing medicine, according to an aspect of the present application, includes a medicine container () that is to be filled with a predetermined quantity of a powdered medicine, a nozzle portion () that is formed on the medicine container () and that ejects the powdered medicine, a closing member () that closes an opening () in the nozzle portion (), and a valve member () that functions as a plug to close another opening () in the medicine container (), and that is opened when administering medicine. The nozzled cartridge () is detachably mountable to a sprayer () when administering medicine.
