A base station includes a first area and a second area that are obtained by partitioning closed space by a partition wall. The first area includes a first device that controls communication and a liquid cooling device that sends a cooled liquid refrigerant to the first device. The second area includes a radiator that cools a liquid refrigerant by performing heat exchange with air, that supplies the cooled liquid refrigerant to the liquid cooling device, and that discharges the air used for heat exchange into the second area, and includes a second device that radiates heat by using the air discharged from the radiator and that performs a wireless process in accordance with control performed by the first device.

An electronic device is disclosed. The electronic device includes a chassis and at least one plugin unit mounted in the chassis. The plugin unit includes a substrate, a heat receiving member, a radiator, and a heat transfer member. The substrate mounts a first electronic component and a second electronic component having a higher heat release value than the first electronic component. The heat receiving member receives heat by contacting the second electronic component. The radiator is shaped as a duct. The heat transfer member transfers the heat from the heat receiving member to the radiator. The chassis includes a fan that generates air-current inside the radiator and on one or more component mounting surfaces of the substrate.

An electronic device includes: a frame in which a unit is mounted on each of an upper row and a lower row of the frame; a rack configured to accommodate a plurality of frames; a back plate configured to close the rack on a rear side of the frame; and a duct configured to protrude from an insertion hole formed in the back plate, and form an opening with a hole edge of the insertion hole so as to discharge air passing through the unit on the lower row, the duct separating the unit on the upper row and the unit on the lower row from each other, wherein a cross-sectional area of the opening is adjusted by adjustment of a protrusion length from the insertion hole.

A cooling device able to blow cooling air in a larger amount than a conventional amount and in addition selectively with respect to a specific cooled element even in a case where an area of an intake port which can be secured in a front surface of a case to be cooled inside is restricted small. The present invention relates to a BWB wiring design system, and provides a BWB transmission wiring design system capable of guaranteeing the super high-speed operation of a system composed of a BWB and a plurality of printed circuit boards mounted on the BWB. The BWB transmission wiring design system consists mainly of a manager system that manages the wiring in the entire BWB system composed of the plurality of printed circuit boards, and a designer system that designs the wiring on each of the plurality of printed circuit boards while communicating with the manager system. The manager system presents the designer system predetermined design target values relevant to the entire BWB system. Moreover, the manager system presents the designer system the result of judgment made from design information, which is sequentially distributed from the designer system, on whether the design target values can be attained. The designer system finishes a wiring design while referencing the presented design target values and the presented result of judgment.

A telecommunication apparatus includes a shelf and a plurality of packages. Optical fibers are laid around a rear surface of the shelf in a direction of Z . Each of the optical fibers is dragged in a direction of X into a corresponding cartridge from a rear surface thereof. The cartridge is provided near an upper side of the rear surface as an excessive length treating portion. Then the optical fiber is drawn out of an upper surface of the cartridge so as to enter a space formed in the upper shelf from the rear surface thereof. After that, the optical fiber is extended and connected to an optical plug provided on a front portion of the package.

A press-fit pin connection checking method using a first printed circuit board having a plurality of through holes in which a plurality of press-fit pins of a first press-fit connector are adapted to be respectively press-fitted, and a checking conductor pattern formed so as to be electrically insulated from all of the through holes and to, surround all of the through holes for engagement with the first press-fit connector. The press-fit pin connection checking method includes the steps of mounting the first press-fit connector on the first printed circuit board, providing a checking jig having a second printed circuit board and a second press-fit connector mounted on the second printed circuit board, engaging the second press-fit connector of the checking jig with the first press-fit connector, and selectively connecting the checking conductor pattern of the first printed circuit board to output lands of the checking jig.
