In a coil device, a first coil includes a common terminal side first coil conductor connected to a ground terminal, an intermediate first coil conductor, and an input/output terminal side first coil conductor connected to a first input/output terminal, and a second coil includes a common terminal side second coil conductor connected to the ground terminal, an intermediate second coil conductor, and an input/output terminal side second coil conductor connected to a second input/output terminal. The input/output terminal side first coil conductor is located between the intermediate second coil conductor and the input/output terminal side second coil conductor, and the input/output terminal side second coil conductor is located between the intermediate first coil conductor and the input/output terminal side first coil conductor.

Coil device, phase shift circuit, and communication apparatus

A circuit element includes a multilayer body including insulating substrates, a first coil conductor inside the multilayer body, and first and second outer electrodes and a ground electrode on outer surfaces of the multilayer body. The first coil conductor includes a winding axis extending in a stacking direction of the insulating substrates, the first coil conductor is connected to the first outer electrode, the second outer electrode, or the ground electrode, and the second outer electrode extends along a side surface of the multilayer body. An additional capacitance is generated between the second outer electrode and the first coil conductor. The second outer electrode includes first and second portions with different widths in a layer direction of the insulating substrates and the width of the second portion is larger than the width of the first portion.

Circuit element

An LC composite component includes a multilayer body including insulating base members that are laminated and include insulating base members on which conductor patterns are provided. Capacitor conductor patterns are provided on insulating base members different from an insulating base member on which a coil conductor pattern is provided, and each include an extending portion overlapping with a line segment connecting a center of a first terminal and a center of a second terminal in a shortest distance as viewed in the lamination direction and projecting portions projecting in directions different from the direction of the line segment, and the projecting portions overlap with linear portions of the coil conductor pattern without overlapping with bent portions thereof as viewed in the lamination direction.

LC composite component and communication terminal device

An antenna apparatus includes an antenna element, a switch with a common terminal that is electrically connected to the antenna element side, a first signal path provided between a first input/output terminal of the switch and a first communication circuit, and a second signal path provided between a second input/output terminal of the switch and a second communication circuit. The first signal path includes a radio-frequency circuit and a phase shifter, and the RF circuit has an impedance that is open or shorted in a second frequency band as seen from the antenna element side. In a state in which the first input/output terminal and the second input/output terminal are both electrically connected to the common terminal, the phase shifter provides a phase shift, and the impedance in the second frequency band of the first signal path as seen from the common terminal is open.

Antenna apparatus

A trap filter includes a first inductor, a second inductor, and a capacitor. A first end of the first inductor extends to a first connection portion, a third end of the second inductor is connected to a second end of the first inductor, and a fourth end extends to a second connection portion. The capacitor is connected in parallel with the second inductor. The first inductor and the second inductor are subtractive-polarity coupled. An inductance value of the second inductor is less than an absolute value of mutual inductance generated by coupling of the first inductor and the second inductor.

Trap filter and filter circuit

An antenna device includes a coil antenna including a coil conductor wound around a coil opening, and a planar conductor including a surface facing a portion of the coil opening and a portion of an area including the coil conductor. A minimum separation distance between the coil opening and the planar conductor in a direction perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to the planar conductor is larger than a minimum separation distance between the coil conductor and the planar conductor in the same direction. The planar conductor includes a first region that overlaps the coil opening and a third region that overlaps an outer edge of the coil conductor in plan view of the coil opening, and the first region includes a recessed portion that is recessed in a direction away from the coil conductor.

Antenna device and electronic apparatus

A piezoelectric module includes a piezoelectric thin film, a fixing layer, and a support substrate. The piezoelectric thin film is supported by the support substrate with the fixing layer in between. Functional conductors are provided on a surface of the piezoelectric thin film. A void is provided in the fixing layer to include a region overlapping with the functional conductors. A conductor pattern defining a circuit element is provided in a region of the void on a surface of the support substrate on the fixing layer side.

Piezoelectric module

A tunable filter that is capable of magnifying a pass band width or increasing a frequency variable amount includes a resonator circuit portion provided in at least one of a series arm connecting an input terminal and an output terminal to each other and a parallel arm connecting the series arm and a ground potential to each other, a first variable capacitor is connected in series to the resonator circuit portion and a second variable capacitor is connected in parallel to the resonator circuit portion. The resonator circuit portion includes a piezoelectric substrate including LiNbOor LiTaO, an elastic wave resonator including an electrode located on the piezoelectric substrate, and a bandwidth extending inductance Lx, Lx connected to the elastic wave resonator.

Tunable filter

An optical spectrum analyzer detects a light output that is dependent on the frequency of light in a wavelength range of light to be measured. The optical spectrum analyzer includes a waveguide acousto-optic tunable filter including a piezoelectric substrate, optical waveguides, and an IDT, a light source for providing, to the waveguide acousto-optic tunable filter, reference light having a particular wavelength outside the wavelength range, a driving circuit for providing, to the waveguide acousto-optic tunable filter, a high frequency signal for exciting an IDT, and an arithmetic device that, on the basis of the wavelength of selected light when reference light is incident, and an exciting frequency, corrects the wavelength of the selected light, which is obtained from the light to be measured.
