A container includes an upper opening portion, a holder, which is placed in the container, for holding at least one medical device, and a gas non-permeable film for sealing the opening portion. The holder includes a basal plate portion having a plate shape, a plurality of tubular portions protruding downwardly from the basal plate portion, a plurality of stays formed around each of the plurality of tubular portions and connecting another of the plurality of tubular portions, and a support rod protruding downwardly from the basal plate portion and having a length longer than the plurality of tubular portions. The support rod is arranged such that a medical device housed in each of the plurality of tubular portions is not adapted to contact a bottom surface of the container, or another holder adjacent to the holder when the holder and the another holder are stacked.

Container

The object of the present invention is to provide a container holding member that is capable of simply, surely, and stably holding a plurality of medical containers, and that is usable efficiently for medical containers. The present invention is a container holding member capable of holding a plurality of bottomed tubular medical containers. The container holding member is provided with a flat plate-like substrate section having a plurality of through holes penetrating one surface and the other surface and a plurality of tubular housing sections each having an upper side opening end on a side of the one surface of the substrate section and a lower side opening end on a side of the other surface and each protruding upward or downward from a hole edge of each of the through holes. The tubular housing sections are each configured to be capable of holding each of the medical containers in a state where an outer bottom surface of each of the medical containers protrudes downward from the lower side opening end when the medical containers are housed in the tubular housing sections.

Disclosed is a plastic cap useful for steadfastly maintaining a sealed state created in a container having a mouth with an opening by sealing the opening with a sealing member. The cap has a cap main body and a cover portion integrated with the main body via at least one bridge portion. The main body has a base portion and a top wall. The bridge portion is formed of a synthetic plastic filled in at least one fusion-bonding hole having a diameter of from 0.3 to 3 mm and arranged extending through at least one, preferably one of the main body or cover portion such that the main body and cover portion are integrally fusion-bonded by the bridge portion and the cover portion can be separated from the main body by breaking the bridge portion with hands. To provide a container for a medical device, which enables easy removal of wrapping, thereby significantly reducing the labor for unpacking at the delivery destination such as a pharmaceutical company or a medical institution. Furthermore, the provided container for the medical device enables easy removal of wrapping even during an automated process in a filling machine for medical solutions, for example. In this container for a medical device, a holder holding at least one medical device is placed inside a container body having an opening at the top, and the opening is sealed with a gas-impermeable film. When sterilizing the exterior of the container using a sterilization gas, the sterilization gas does not permeate into the container due to the gas-impermeable film, so the medical device and the holder thereof placed inside the container are never exposed to the gas.

There is provided a vial cap with which, when there is a possibility that a cover which covers a stopper for a vial has come off and the stopper for the vial has been contaminated at a stage prior to use, the fact can easily be recognized. The vial cap is a resin vial cap () to be attached to a mouth portion () of a vial () to fix a stopper () fitted into the mouth portion () so that the stopper may not come off the mouth portion (). Medical container

Disclosed are a piston for a micro-volume syringe and a plunger. The micro-volume syringe has a syringe barrel with a space defined in it. The piston is slidable on and along a wall of the space. A leading member to be arranged on a side where the piston comes into contact with a solution filled in the space and a trailing member to be arranged on a side where a plunger rod is to be connected, the latter side being opposite to a solution side of the leading member, have been integrated with each other. The trailing member has a higher hardness than the leading member. With the micro-volume syringe in which a drug solution can be filled in a very small quantity, the piston makes it possible to perform smooth drawing and ejection of the drug solution without leakage. Even if the small piston connected to a tip of the plunger rod is operated in a direction that the piston is to be pulled out of the syringe, the plunger rod does not slip off from the piston accidentally. The piston and plunger are optimal for the micro-volume syringe.
