A hybrid construction machine includes: a motor generator system connected to an internal combustion engine and performing a motor generator operation; an electric power accumulation system connected to the motor generator system; a load drive system connected to the electric power accumulation system and being driven electrically; an abnormality detection part equipped to the motor generator system, the electric power accumulation system and the load drive system; and a main control part determining whether an abnormality has occurred based on a detection value of the abnormality detection part. When the abnormality determination part determines that an abnormality has occurred, the main control part stops a drive of a drive system in which the abnormality is detected in the load drive system.

Hybrid construction machine

A hybrid-type construction machine includes: a motor generator system connected to an internal combustion engine and performing a motor generator operation; an electric power accumulation system connected to the motor generator system; a load drive system connected to the electric power accumulation system and being driven electrically; an abnormality detection part equipped to the motor generator system, the electric power accumulation system and the load drive system; and a main control part determining whether an abnormality has occurred based on a detection value of the abnormality detection part. When the abnormality determination part determines that an abnormality has occurred, the main control part stops a drive of a drive system in which the abnormality is detected in the load drive system.

Hybrid type construction machine

A hybrid working machine includes a first electric motor performing a power running operation of being driven with supplied electric power and a regenerative operation of generating electric power; a first electric circuit controlling the output of the first electric motor; a battery supplying the first electric motor with the electric power and storing the regenerated electric power from the first electric motor; a charge and discharge circuit controlling the charging current and the discharge current of the battery; and a controller controlling the charge and discharge of the battery for driving the machine. The controller calculates a level representing a proportion by which the output of the battery is limited with respect to each of multiple conditions related to the output of the battery. The controller limits the charging current and the discharge current of the battery based on the calculated levels.

Hybrid working machine and electric power accumulation controller

A working machine includes: a first electric motor used for work; a second electric motor used for applications other than work; a first inverter circuit connected to the first electric motor; a second inverter circuit connected to the second electric motor; a battery connected to the first and second inverter circuits; and a control unit that drives the first and second inverter circuits. The control unit has a discharge mode to discharge electric power stored in the battery, and discharges the battery by stopping the first inverter circuit while driving the second inverter circuit in order to make the second electric motor perform electric operation in the discharge mode. Accordingly, since the state of charge is reduced, the life of a capacitor can be increased.

Working machine

A hybrid construction machine including an internal combustion engine, a motor generator, a hydraulically driven working element, and a rotation mechanism rotationally driven by a rotation electric motor includes a charge storage part provided between the motor generator and the rotation electric motor, wherein the charge storage part includes a constant voltage charge storage part configured to maintain its voltage value within a certain range; and a variable voltage charge storage part configured to tolerate a variation in the voltage value of the charge storage part due to the electric motor and the generator operation of the motor generator or the power running and the regenerative operation of the rotation electric motor.
