Recording sheet for wet electrophotography, having excellent toner fixability and transferability when printing is carried out by using a wet electrophotographic system employing a wet toner. The recording sheet for wet electrophotography is a recording sheet to be used in a wet electrophotographic system wherein an image is transferred from a heated blanket roll to a recording sheet. The recording sheet comprises a substrate and a toner receiving layer provided thereon containing inorganic fine particles and having a pore volume with a pore radius of 100 nanometers or less measured by a nitrogen adsorption method of 0.3 mL/g or more.

Method of printing by wet electrophotography

There is disclosed a process for making a lithographic printing plate which comprises subjecting a lithographic printing plate precursor having at least a hydrophilic layer on a support and a silver thin layer on the hydrophilic layer to exposure by a laser beam whereby imagewisely removing the silver thin layer and exposing the hydrophilic layer, wherein the hydrophilic layer adjacent to the silver thin layer contains at least one inorganic oxide.

Process for making lithographic printing plate

Provided is a method for making a lithographic printing plate according to which the area of a silver thin film of non-image area of a lithographic printing plate material comprising a support, at least a hydrophilic layer on the support and a silver thin film on the hydrophilic layer is exposed by laser beams to be fused and/or decomposed by heat transformed from laser energy thereby to disclose the hydrophilic layer.
