A file management device is a file management device that is connected to a plurality of manufacturing machines or a plurality of robots through a communication network and includes: an input unit to which a user inputs a file deletion command including a file name of files to be deleted; and a file deletion unit that causes the plurality of manufacturing machines or the plurality of robots to delete the files to be deleted with the same file name stored in the plurality of manufacturing machines or the plurality of robots in response to the file deletion command input through the input unit.

File management device

An object is to provide a numerical control system of a machine tool which can check a parameter that needs to be adjusted for each of a spindle and a motor. A numerical control system of a machine tool includes a parameter check function unit for checking a drive control parameter of a spindle, and the parameter check function unit includes: an acceleration/deceleration time measurement unit which measures an acceleration/deceleration time that elapses after the spindle receives an acceleration command and/or a deceleration command until the completion of acceleration and/or the completion of deceleration; an acceleration/deceleration time specified value storage unit which stores a specified value of the acceleration/deceleration time that is previously determined for each specification of the machine tool; and a determination unit which compares the acceleration/deceleration time measured with the acceleration/deceleration time measurement unit and the specified value stored in the acceleration/deceleration time specified value storage unit so as to determine whether or not the drive control parameter of the spindle is proper.

Numerical control system of machine tool

A cleaning device includes: a lens cover configured to cover an object lens of a camera provided in a machining area of a machine tool, the lens cover being transparent; a motor configured to rotate the lens cover; and a wiping member configured to, when the lens cover rotates, wipe at least an adhering substance that has adhered to a region of the lens cover in an angle-of-view of the camera.

Cleaning device

A machining system includes a machine tool having a camera, and a three-dimensional shape generating apparatus. The three-dimensional shape generating apparatus includes an image capture unit that captures a first image from the camera at a first relative position and captures a second image from the camera at a second relative position, and a shape generator that generates a three-dimensional shape of at least one subject, based on the first image, the second image and a distance between the first relative position and the second relative position.

Machining system

An object is to provide a nozzle controller which can constantly cool a tool in a machine tool. A nozzle controller of a machine tool includes: a tool which is gripped in a spindle of the machine tool; a nozzle in which the angle and/or the position thereof with respect to the tool can be changed and which emits a fluid to the tool; a nozzle drive unit which drives the angle and/or the position of the nozzle; a contact acquisition unit which acquires contact between the tool and a work; and a control unit which controls the nozzle drive unit. The control unit calculates, when the contact acquisition unit acquires the contact, based on a length of the tool and a stroke of a feed axis in the direction of the spindle, the angle and/or the position of the nozzle such that the fluid emitted from the nozzle hits a side surface of the tool, and controls the nozzle drive unit based on the result of the calculation.
