A reel mechanism and a winding device for a flexible copper clad laminate includes a rotating roller, a winding belt wound on the rotating roller for winding the flexible copper clad laminate, first and second limit structures arranged one side of the winding belt away from the rotating roller. A space between the first limit structures and the second limit structures accommodates the flexible copper clad laminate. When the winding belt is wound with multiple layers outside the rotating roller, adjacent layers of the winding belt are spaced apart by the first and second limit structures. Since a protruding height of the first limit structures is equal to a protruding height of the second limit structures, and intervals between adjacent layers of a composite coil formed by the winding belt and the flexible copper clad laminate are equal, which avoids adhesion and copper foil surface oxidation.

Provided is a sound-absorbing material, including a metal-organic framework material having a microporous structure. The metal-organic framework material includes a coordinated metal M and organic framework materials (OFs) coordinated with the coordinated metal. The microporous structure includes a plurality of uniformly distributed micropores, and a diameter of each of the plurality of micropores is within a range of 0.3 nm to 1.2 nm. The sound absorbing material including the metal-organic framework material can be added into a speaker to increase the acoustic compliance of air in a rear cavity of the speaker, thereby improving the performance of the speaker in a low frequency range.

A porous composite sound-absorbing material and a method for preparing the same are provided. The porous composite sound-absorbing material includes activated carbon cotton felt, zeolite particles, and an adhesive. The activated carbon cotton felt can bond the zeolite particles to fiber surfaces thereof by means of the adhesive, so that the zeolite particles are evenly dispersed and fixed and achieve optimal sound absorption performance. Meanwhile, a large number of micro-pore structures on surfaces thereof can act synergistically with the zeolite particles, so that the porous composite sound-absorbing material has significantly better sound absorption performance than the two and has extremely high cost performance. During the preparation process, the activated carbon cotton felt after treatments, is successfully compounded with the zeolite particles with more excellent sound absorption performance, so that the sound absorption performance is significantly improved and the cost performance is extremely high.

Provided is a sound-absorbing material, including an adsorbent material and a thermal conductive material. The thermal conductive material is uniformly dispersed in the sound-absorbing material. The thermal conductive material includes a carbon fiber material, and a weight ratio of the carbon fiber material in the sound-absorbing material is within a range of 0.05% to 10%. Further provided are a preparation method of the sound-absorbing material and a speaker using the sound-absorbing material. The sound-absorbing material has higher thermal conductivity and can be added to a rear cavity of the speaker to effectively conduct heat generated when the speaker is working, thereby improving the heat dissipation performance of the speaker.

The present application provides a sound adsorbing material, including a microporous material and an adsorbate gas adsorbed in the microporous material. The microporous material includes a zeolite molecular sieve, and the zeolite molecular sieve has a framework and extra-framework cations. An adsorption capacity of the adsorbolite molecular sieve to the adsorbate gas is greater than an adsorption capacity of the adsorbolite molecular sieve to air. The present disclosure further provides a speaker box adopting the sound adsorbing material. Compared with the related art, the sound adsorbing material provided by the present disclosure has good application effects, and the speaker box using the sound adsorbing material has a better low frequency acoustic performance.

The sound absorbing material comprising MFI-structural-type molecular sieves, the MFI-structural-type molecular sieves comprises frameworks and extra-framework cations, the framework comprising SiO2 and a metal oxide MxOy containing a metal element M, wherein a molar ratio of Si/M is between 220 and 600 in the framework, the metal element M comprises aluminum, and the extra-framework cations are at least one of hydrogen ions, alkali metal ions and alkaline earth metals. The present also provides a method for preparing a sound absorbing material and a speaker box using the sound absorbing material.

The present disclosure provides a sound absorbing material. The sound absorbing material comprises MFI-structural-type zeolite. The MFI-structural-type zeolite comprises a framework, and the framework comprises SiOand AlO, and the mass ratio of Si to Al in the framework is less than 200 and not less than 50. The present disclosure also provides a speaker box applying the sound absorbing material. The sound absorbing material provided by the present disclosure and the speaker box using the sound absorbing material can further improve the performance of the speaker box, reduce the failure of zeolite and improve the performance stability of the speaker box.

The molecular sieve having an MFI-structure, comprising a framework and an off-framework cation, wherein the framework comprises SiOand a metal oxide MOwith M comprising boron, gallium or aluminium; the off-framework cation is at least one of hydrogen ion, alkali metal ion and alkaline earth metal ion. The molecular herein can effectively prevent the failure of the molecular sieve and improve the performance stability of the speaker.

The present disclosure provides a sound absorbing material. The sound absorbing material comprising a heteroatom zeolite molecular sieve comprising a framework and an extra-framework cation, the framework comprising SiO2 and a metal oxide MxOy comprising a metal element M, wherein the framework has a molar ratio of Si/M between 250 to 500, wherein the M includes Fe, and that the extra-framework cation is at least one of a monovalent copper ion, a monovalent silver ion, a monovalent gold ion, an alkali metal ion or an alkaline earth metal ion. The sound absorbing material provided by the present disclosure, sound absorbing material to have better oxygen adsorption capacity, good waster repellency and stability. When such a sound absorbing material is applied to a speaker box, the speaker box will have better low frequency acoustic performance and better reliability.
