A lever with a shifting pivot or fulcrum point such that in pivoting of the lever between a first position and a second position for at least one angular segment of such pivoting about a first fulcrum point and for a second angular sector of such pivoting, pivots about a second fulcrum point.

A coupling mechanism for coupling a nozzle shield to a dispenser housing using interacting hook members and axle members. One of the hook members and axle members is carried by the housing. The member which is carried by the housing is preferably movable between a forward and a rear position as by being slidable relative to the housing and spring biased as to a rear position. In moving the cover from a closed position to a forward position, the hook member and axle member are in engagement with the member which is movable relative to the housing, preferably moved against the spring bias. For removal of the cover, with the cover approximate the closed position, the member which is carried by the housing is moved relative the housing against the spring bias to a forward position in which the hook member may be disengaged from the axle member.

Removable nozzle shield for fluid dispenser

A device for controlled automatic dispensing of fluids comprising a housing carrying an electric motor and a disposable, removable unit incorporating a container carrying fluid to be dispensed and a pump. The removable unit is adapted to be removably coupled to the motor to drive the pump simultaneously with the container being removably coupled to the housing. The unit preferably also carries a battery with an electric capacity sufficient to drive the motor to dispense all the fluid in the container. The unit other than the removable battery is made of recyclable plastic.

Automated fluid dispenser

An improved dispensing apparatus in which a collapsible bag has a lower outlet secured to the dispenser and an upper end supported above the outlet. An improvement arises in providing a system to draw the upper end of the bag upwardly to assist in ensuring all fluid in the bag may flow under gravity to the outlet.

A novel filtering apparatus particularly adapted for a transportable, modular powder spray painting booth with backflow cleaning capability by having two sets of filters each associated with a separate output chamber such that in normal use, a vacuum draws air from the paint booth through both filters and in backflow use, the same vacuum draws air through one filter in a normal filtering manner but with the air first drawn through the other filter in a backflow manner.
