A water-injection system for power plants and for injecting water into a steam system includes a supply unit, a metering unit and an injection unit. The supply unit is configured to make water available to the metering unit. The metering unit is in the form of an electrically actuable system and is configured to meter a quantity of water to be injected into the steam system and to make it provide to the injection unit. The injection unit is configured to introduce the water into the steam system.

The invention relates to a fuel injection device for a reciprocating internal combustion engine, comprising a nozzle part ( ) with an injection nozzle ( ), said nozzle part having a pressure chamber ( ) in which a nozzle needle ( ) that closes the injection nozzle ( ) is guided. Said nozzle needle can be moved into the opening position when subjected to pressure by the fuel to be injected. The pressure chamber ( ) is connected to a control part ( ) by a connecting channel ( ), this control part having a valve chamber ( ) into which the connecting channel ( ) and a high pressure channel ( ) that is connected to a fuel supply ( ) open, and in which a valve body ( ) is guided. Said valve body ( ) acts as a piston system and is held in the closing position by a valve spring and a valve seat ( ). The nozzle part also comprises an actuator part ( ) which is functionally connected to the valve body ( ) and which when activated, moves said valve body in the opening direction and releases the through-flow from the high pressure channel ( ) into the connecting channel ( ).

Directly controlled fuel injection device for a reciprocating internal combustion engine

The invention relates to an injection device for the metered injection of two liquids, in predeterminable quantity ratios, into a reaction chamber, the device having a housing ( ) that includes an injection nozzle, the opening ( ) of which forms an injection valve with the valve seat ( ) in the housing ( ) and a valve body ( ) that can be positioned on the valve seat ( ); the valve body ( ) can be moved by a first actuator; the collection chamber ( ) of the device is associated with the nozzle opening ( ), and is connected to a supply line ( ) for the first liquid (A) and a supply line ( ) for the second liquid (B), with a metering valve ( ) being set up to block at least one supply line ( ) to the collection chamber, the valve being actuated by a second actuator; one of the two liquids is under a higher pressure than the other liquid; the device further has a control device ( ), which can actuate the two actuators as a function of a load-stipulated total injection quantity and as a function of a predeterminable quantity ratio of the two liquids (A, B), with at least one valve being actuated in a clocked manner.
