The invention relates to a cartridge for a single lever mixer faucet comprising a fixed ( ) and a moveable sealing washer ( ) which are arranged in a housing ( ), whereby the movable sealing washer ( ) comprises a recess ( ) for engaging with a control tappet ( ) of a control handle ( ) which traverses a pivot support ( ). Cartridge for a single-handle mixer faucet

A water valve for a sanitary fitting having a valve body containing a metal half, preferably made of brass, which contains a bearing arrangement for a spindle and a plastic half which contains two ceramic packing discs and a driving element, an inlet seal packing opposite one of the ceramic packing discs and water outlet holes. The plastic half is latched into position with the metal half whereby the metal half has a threaded surface on the lower rim of its external surface when assembled.

Water valve for a sanitary fitting

A sanitary water valve having control elements consisting of at least two discs. The first disc is arranged immovably and constitutes the valve seat disc and the second disc, which constitutes the control disc, is arranged movably on the first disc and has a surface conduit for deflection functions which can simultaneously be made to overlap the inflow apertures and outflow aperture on the first disc. The second disc includes one or more depressions which substantially reduce the actuation forces required to open the water valve and as a result, operating efficiency is considerably enhanced.
