The invention relates to a surgical lamp () that can be controlled without contact, comprising a control unit and a sensor unit, wherein the control unit is designed to control the surgical lamp (), wherein the sensor unit is designed to detect a motion of an action element and to convert said motion of the action element into motion data, wherein the control unit is designed to read out the motion data generated by the sensor unit and to control the surgical lamp () in dependence on the motion data. The sensor unit is designed in such a way that the sensor unit ensures the detection of the motion of the action element in three dimensions in a measurement space (), which is arranged below the surgical lamp in an emission direction.

Operating room monoreflector light includes a dome or hood-shaped upper housing portion and a lighting means arranged in the upper housing portion, preferably as an LED lighting means, including an LED board on which a plurality of LEDs are arranged. A main reflector is arranged in the upper housing portion and deflects a light flux produced by the lighting means through a light exit opening closed by a cover plate of the upper housing portion. To reduce the necessary installation space and to simplify the construction, the upper housing portion is in one piece and extends interruption-free from an upper end which is directed upwardly in the installation position to a lower end which defines the light exit opening. The upper housing portion includes a fixing plane for the LED board, and on which an LED light module is or can be mounted.

A light for operating rooms includes a light housing (), several LED illumination modules that are adjustable for focusing purposes, and a unit for focusing the illumination modules. In order to prevent the light from being accidentally moved from the center of gravity on a gimbal mount, the illumination modules encompass a swivel plate (), which is pivotally mounted on the light housing () and is provided with an LED array () that is arranged thereon.
