A vehicle heater includes a heat exchanger assembly unit () and a blower assembly unit (). The heat exchanger assembly unit () has a first sealing surface () and the blower assembly unit () includes a second sealing surface (), which is positioned opposite the first sealing surface () at a predefined location determined by the spacer arrangement (). A sealing element () is clamped in between the first sealing surface () and the second sealing surface ().

Vehicle heater

A heater side channel blower includes a blower housing () with a bottom wall () and a circumferential wall (), that enclose a first flow chamber in a housing interior (). A ring-shaped delivery duct (), open towards an outer side of the blower housing (), is provided at the bottom wall (). A flow medium inlet (), for the entry of medium to be delivered into the housing interior (), is open towards the first flow chamber. A second flow chamber () is provided in the housing interior (). A flow medium outlet (), for the discharge of medium to be delivered from the housing interior (), is open towards the delivery duct () to the second flow chamber (). The first flow chamber is separated from the second flow chamber () by at least one chamber separation element () that is permeable to medium to be delivered.

Side channel blower, especially for a vehicle heater

A side channel blower includes a housing () a motor () with a motor shaft that rotates about a motor axis. A first blower housing area () has a first delivery channel () with an inlet () and outlet () and is open towards a first axial side () and surrounds the motor axis. A first delivery wheel () covers the first delivery channel () and is carried at a first end area () of a motor shaft (). A second blower housing area () has a second delivery channel () with an inlet () and with an outlet () and is open towards a second axial side () and surrounds the motor axis. A second delivery wheel () is located opposite the second axial side () and covers the second delivery channel () and is carried at a second end area () of the motor shaft ().

A blower housing includes a motor housing () with a circumferential wall () having a first bottom area () in a first axial end area (), a motor housing cover () capable of being connected to the motor housing () in a second axial end area and a second bottom area (). A contacting arrangement () is provided on the motor housing cover () for the electrical contacting of an electric motor () to be arranged in the blower housing (). The contacting arrangement () includes a first contacting area () first contacting formation () at least on one side of the motor housing cover () to be positioned facing an interior () of the motor housing (). A second contacting area () second contacting formation is exposed to the outside. A strip conductor formation () conductively connects the first contacting formation () to the second contacting formation ().

Blower housing, especially for a blower for a vehicle heater

A blower housing, especially for a combustion air blower of a vehicle heater, includes a first housing area () with a delivery channel, which extends in a ring-shaped manner around a housing axis (A) and is open on an axial side, and a second housing area () for accommodating a blower motor (). The second housing area () includes a housing wall (), which is elongated in the direction of the housing axis (A) and surrounds a space accommodating the motor. A connection area () is provided in a central longitudinal area of the housing wall () in the direction of the housing axis (A) on an outer side of the housing wall () for establishing an electric connection with an actuating device ().

Blower housing, especially for a combustion air blower of a vehicle heater

A control device for a vehicle heater includes a circuit assembly unit () with a plurality of external contacts (), an external receptacle () for receiving an external plug () for establishing an electrical contact with the external contacts () for connecting the control device () to a vehicle wiring system, as well as a circuit assembly unit housing () surrounding the circuit assembly unit () with an external receptacle tunnel () surrounding at least partially the external receptacle ().

Control device for a vehicle heater

A combustion chamber arrangement, in particular for a burner of a vehicle heating device, includes a housing arrangement in which a seating region is provided for abutment of a counter-seating region formed on an ignition element. An elastically effective retaining element for retaining the ignition element on the housing arrangement, the retaining element having a first support region supported with respect to the ignition element and a second support region supported with respect to the housing arrangement, wherein the retaining element is supported on at least one of the ignition element or the housing arrangement with the production of a substantially sealed closure of an ignition element passage opening of the housing arrangement.

Heater part, especially for a vehicle water or air heater which is operated with liquid fuel

A heater of a motor vehicle is provided which is operated with liquid fuel. The heater is especially a water heater in the form of an auxiliary heater or parking heater. The heater has a burner and heat exchanger in a housing with a cover, in which the connecting branches for the water feed and air feed and for the water return and the air return are arranged. At least one of the connecting branches is designed as a rotatable elbow branch (rotatable elbow socket). An antirotation lock may be provided for easy individual line guidance requiring little space in the automobile.
