An artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled device including a sensor unit, an AI analysis unit, and an action execution unit, for detecting and monitoring objects and their activities within an operating field, is provided. The sensor unit captures multi-modal sensor data elements including sound, image, thermal, radio wave, and other environmental data associated with the objects along with timing data in the operating field. The AI analysis unit includes one or more AI analyzers that, in communication with an AI data library, receive and locally analyze each and an aggregate of the multi-modal sensor data elements. Based on the analysis, the AI analyzers distinguish between the objects detected and identified in the operating field, distinguish non-related sensor data, determine and monitor the activities of the identified objects, and generate and validate activity data from the activities. The action execution unit executes one or more actions in real time based on the validation.

Artificial intelligence-enabled activity detection and monitoring device

A method and a motion data extraction and vectorization system (MDEVS) extract and vectorize motion data of an object in motion with optimized data storage and data transmission bandwidth. The MDEVS includes an image sensor, a motion data processor, and a storage unit. The image sensor captures video data including a series of image frames of the object in motion. The motion data processor detects an object in motion from consecutive image frames, extracts motion data of the detected object in motion from each image frame, and generates a matrix of vectors defining the object in motion for each image frame using the extracted motion data. The motion data includes, for example, image data of the object, trajectory data, relative physical dimensions, a type of the object, time stamp of each image frame, etc. The storage unit maintains the generated matrix of vectors for local storage, transmission, and analysis.

A garage door security system includes a camera configured to capture images of vehicles that are in proximity of a garage door of a garage. A database stores identification information for a plurality of vehicles. The identification information includes at least one of make, model, color, license plate number. An image and data analytic controller analyzes the images of vehicles captured by the camera using the identification information for the plurality of vehicles stored in the local database in order to identify vehicles authorized to enter the garage. A motor control opens the garage door for vehicles authorized to enter the garage.

An activity sensor system includes a library that stores image information. A low power artificial intelligence based image sensor captures images from a first location at a first image resolution. The sensor has access to the library that stores image information. The sensor is able to recognize images based on the image information in the image library.

An interactive multimedia assistant device (IMAD) includes an interactive core component (ICC) and a swappable personality customizable skin (SPCS) for performing interactive communication and control actions based on multimedia inputs. The ICC includes multimedia sensors for recognizing multimedia inputs; a storage medium for storing the multimedia inputs and media content; a controller for processing the multimedia inputs, modulating an audio output, and performing control actions based on the multimedia inputs; output devices for rendering outputs of the controller, and one or more communication interfaces for communicating with the SPCS. The SPCS is operably coupled on and activated by the ICC. The SPCS is programmed with a unique identifier that identifies a personality of the SPCS. The SPCS directs and programs behavior of the ICC based on the unique identifier, thereby allowing the ICC to assume the personality for performing interactive communication and control actions based on the multimedia inputs.

A method and a system provide a security system for simultaneously capturing events and generating alerts for security. The security system communicates with a data management server via a network. The security system includes an image capture device integrated with a wireless access point, a gateway device, and one or more alarm devices. The security system simultaneously receives event data associated with events from the image capture device and one or more electronic devices connected to the wireless access point, and alarm data simultaneously recorded by the alarm devices based on detection of one or more security conditions. The security system generates alerts for security using the simultaneously received event data and the recorded alarm data. The security system transmits the simultaneously received event data, the recorded alarm data, and the generated alerts to the data management server accessible by a control device and the electronic devices via the network.

A method and an image analysis system including an orientation correction processor (OCP), a spatial sensor, and an analytics unit for detecting a target object from an image and validating the detection of the target object are provided. The OCP receives and processes image data from a series of image frames captured by an image sensor and spatial data from the spatial sensor. The OCP generates orientation data using the image data, the spatial data, timestamp data, and lens data of the image sensor. The OCP generates resultant image data by associating the generated orientation data with the received and processed image data simultaneously for each image frame. The analytics unit, in communication with the OCP, processes and analyzes the generated resultant image data with reference to an analytic dataset library to detect the target object from the image and validate the detection of the target object.

A system for sharing a device between two independent software platforms and for access control of a network device across the two independent software platforms is provided. The system has a first computing device operating on a first software platform for authenticating at least a first user and accessing a first user's access list having at least one address of a second user. The system also has a second computing device operable with the same first user and a second different software platform. A destination across the first and the second software platforms is mapped to selectively control the device by the second user from the first user's access list with the second user operating on the second computing device.

System and method for access control of network devices across multi-platform access lists

A system and method for providing device management and sharing in an Instant Messenger system is provided. An instant messenger server and an enhanced instant messenger module are operatively coupled together. The enhanced instant messenger module has an instant messenger process and a networked device process, the instant messenger process being operable to provide instant messaging functions and services to a user and the networked device process being operable to provide data from networked devices to the instant messenger server.
