A casing bead having an integrated moisture seal. The casing bead has a body including a perforated flange designed to receive stucco, stone veneer, or a similar finishing system and a bead wall where the finishing system terminates. The casing bead further includes a mounting arrangement having a mounting channel disposed to receive a t-shaped rail. A moisture seal in the form of a circular rubber gasket colored red and having a t-shaped rail is removably secured within the mounting channel. The rubber gasket further includes a tail structure projection outward from the gasket for improved water and moisture resistance. The casing bead also includes a water dam having a water removal channel to facilitate the removal of any water and moisture which has penetrated the caulk or other sealant which has been used to cover the area around the moisture seal.

Casing bead

A lath for use in applying plaster to a substrate. The lath includes a plurality of crossing members forming a substantially planar lattice-like structure with a plurality of openings therein. The crossing members include a plurality of first elongate members extending in a first direction, a plurality of second elongate members that extend laterally and substantially transversely to the first elongate members, and a plurality of self-furring ridges also extending laterally and substantially transversely to the first elongate members and substantially parallel to and interspersed with the second elongate members.

A transition joint comprising: 1) a generally W-shaped central portion including first, second, third, and fourth legs; 2) a first vertical flange extending upwardly form the first leg of the W-shaped central portion; 3) a second vertical flange extending downwardly from the fourth leg of the W-shaped central portion; 4) a first transition zone or land between the first and second legs and a second transition zone between the third and fourth legs; 5) a longitudinal drip edge extending downward from the first transition zone; 6) a T-shaped stucco anchor extending downward from the fourth leg intermediate the second transition zone and the second vertical flange; and 7) a floor line alignment guide extending longitudinally along the first vertical flange. The floor line alignment guide provides accurate positioning of the transition joint with respect to a building in order to create proper clearance for runoff of rainwater and condensation and prevent infiltration of rainwater into the floor line.

A foundation sill screed with a vertical flange having a top end and a bottom end and a thickness that is tapered from a minimum at the top end to a maximum at the bottom end. The foundation sill screed includes a first leg extending downwardly and outwardly from the bottom end of the vertical flange, a second leg extending downwardly and inwardly from the stucco ledge, and a lip extending downwardly and inwardly from the inwardly extending member. The foundation sill screed includes a floor line alignment guide extending longitudinally along the vertical flange to provide accurate positioning of the foundation sill screed with respect to the sill plate of a building in order to properly protect the sill plate against moisture penetration and pest infestation.
