Disclosed is a process for manufacturing a safety closure, wherein in a first step, a monolithic injection-molded part is made having, one behind the other in the direction of a longitudinal axis (L), a rotary closure with a closure cap, a plurality of break-off points and an actuation piece, and in a second step, a force acting in the direction of the longitudinal axis (L) is applied to the injection-molded part such that the closure cap and the actuation piece move against each other in the direction of the longitudinal axis (L) and the closure cap slides at least partially into the actuation piece, the actuation piece being elastically deformed by the first engagement piece during the sliding-in movement so as to take an oval shape and then regaining its original shape once the sliding-in movement has been completed.

Closure cap

The dosing device is intended for a neck for pouring defined amounts from a container or hose. It consists of a spout attachment that can be screwed or pushed onto the neck, and that optionally can be closed by a separate lid and has a dosing control chamber () with variable volume. As a characterizing feature, this chamber fills up from empty when pouring. Said chamber is formed by the space between a control chamber limiter and the interior of a dosing piston () and is filled with liquid when pouring a dose, while liquid at (D) flows down past the dosing piston () to the spout (). Finally, the downwardly displaced dosing piston () closes the spout () when the control chamber () is full. The dose quantities to be poured are adjustable in that the path of the dosing piston () can be limited on its side facing the container or hose. The control chamber limiter is variably displaceable axially with respect to the dosing device into the equipped neck and can be held fixedly in any position.

The closure () has a cover cap (), which is retractably formed on the closure () by means of a hinge (). On the sides of the closure () and the cover cap (), barbs () are formed that yield outwardly, when shutting the cover cap () due to bulging of the cover cap () transversely to the closing direction. The barbs () on the closure () thus slide over their outer edge and then engage by elastic reversal of the bulge. The cover cap () is then fixed onto the closure () in a sealing and secure manner. The cover cap (), using its front region, rests with its edge () on a step () on the closure (). This edge () is slidable onto the plane of the step () by pressing on the front region in the direction of the hinge (). This creates a bilateral bulge of the lateral edges () of the cover cap () so that the barbs () on the cover cap () disengage from those () on the closure (). Thereafter, the cover cap () can then be pivoted open about the hinge (), by means of persistent pressure on its front region, under elastic reversal of the bulges after releasing the pressure.

The dosing device consists, for example, of a closure, having a closure body () with sealing closing means (), which can be placed in a sealing manner on the connector. The metering means of the closure consist of just two components. There is first, seated securely in the closure body (), a hollow cup () having, on the bottom side of the cup (), a window () arranged in its side wall. The second component is a cap-shaped metering piston () having, on the upper side of the cap, a projection () which extends in the axial direction. This metering piston () with projection () fits into the cup (), wherein its projection () covers and closes the window (). The metering piston () is able to move axially in the cup () and its projection () is able to pivot to a limited degree toward the outer side of the window (). In the pivoted-out state, it forms, together with the cup (), an open valve which is otherwise closed.

This pouring closure permits controlled multi-side pouring by means of a canister spout. The pouring closure consists of a spout attachment (), which forms a channel (), which is reduced in size with respect to the spout and an upper outer edge of which forms a protruding drop lip (). A closure cover (), which acts as a jet former, forms a pipe (), which extends downward and which fits into a channel () on the spout attachment () in a sealing manner. The pipe () extending downward has a lateral window (), which extends at least around 90&#xb0; of the pipe circumference. The remaining pipe circumference is doubled-walled. The interior thus formed leads toward the outside in the axial direction at the lower end of the pipe () as an air channel (), and the air channel () likewise leads toward the outside only in the upper region of the window () laterally on both sides of the window. Thus, pouring can occur over each point of the drop lip () with a jet that always remains constant and with sufficient pressure equalization in the canister during the entire pouring process.

A plastic container that is produced by an extrusion process or a PET blowing process having an associated rotary closure, which can be brought from a closed position to an open position by a pivoting movement. The neck of the container and the rotary closure are each made of only a single part. The container has a straight or slightly conical neck, which forms a radially protruding collar on the outside in the bottom half of the neck, on a lower edge of which collar an attachable rotary closure having snapping elements that can be locked, such that the rotary closure is retained on the neck so that the rotary closure can be pivoted about an axis of rotation of the rotary closure.

A closing cap made of plastic for closing a container, having a head part and a jacket part, the jacket is substantially shaped like a hollow cylinder and has a longitudinal axis, the jacket extends from the head along the longitudinal axis, the jacket has an end segment at the end opposite the head. The closing cap has a tamper-evident part and bridge parts, wherein the tamper-evident part is arranged at a distance from the jacket and is connected to the end segment of the jacket by bridge parts. The present invention relates to a dispensing closure comprising a base and a cover being attached to said base by a hinge and being movable between an opened and a closed position, said cover comprising an outer side-wall, wherein said dispensing closure also comprises tamper evident elements indicating whether said cover had been opened or not. The tamper-evident elements comprise a first latch element and a second latch element engaging with each other when said cover is in its closed position The cover comprises a push-button region being arranged such that when being pushed by a user at least partly in a radial inward direction, the first latch element will be brought out of engagement with said second latch element.

A spout () has a spout part () with a spout opening (), the spout also has a flange part () that is connected to the spout part (), said flange part () having two faces, a fixing face () and a rear face (). The fixing face () is oriented towards the spout part () and is provided for fixing to a composite package (). An oxygen-impermeable foil () lies on the rear face () of the flange part () and is welded to the rear face () such that the spout opening () is sealed towards the rear face () by the foil ().

A closure cap for containers has a cap mantle, a circular head portion with a central axis and a pivoting member (). The cap mantle extends in the same general direction as the central axis, and in which, the cap mantle has a ripping-open-section extending circumferentially with respect thereto. The pivoting member () is attached to the ripping-open-section and extends in the same general direction as the central axis. Towards the head portion, the ripping-open-section comprises a thin region, which extends circumferentially with respect to the central axis and which forms a rotational axis. The pivoting member comprises a stop member, which extends in the same general direction as the central axis at least up to the rotational axis. The form of the stop member and its relative, spaced position with respect to the head portion are such that pivoting of the pivoting member around the rotational axis causes the stop member to lie against the head portion.
