A conveying installation for transporting bulk materials has three pairs of carrying cables disposed one above the other. A continuous conveying belt can be moved along the central pair and the lower pair of carrying cables between loading and unloading stations, where it is guided over deflecting drums. Spaced-apart carrying frames hold the carrying cables. The installation includes a maintenance vehicle, which can be displaced along the two upper carrying cables and has on each side a maintenance platform, located laterally outside the carrying cables. The maintenance vehicle further has on at least one of the two sides a carrying framework, on which is located at least one drive subassembly for moving the maintenance vehicle. The drive subassembly is located laterally outside the carrying cables and beneath the undercarriage of the maintenance vehicle.

Conveying installation for transporting bulk materials

A conveyor for the transport of bulk materials contains three pairs of supporting cables disposed vertically one above the other. A conveyor belt is movable along the supporting cables from a loading station to an unloading station. The conveyor belt has supporting beams disposed at a distance apart and at the ends of which are rollers, which roll along the middle and lower supporting cables. The conveyor further contains supporting frames by which the supporting cables are mutually connected. The supporting frames have two vertically aligned supporting struts and two horizontally aligned connecting struts. Furthermore, the upper ends of the supporting struts are respectively connected to one of the two upper supporting cables and the connecting struts are connected to the middle and the lower supporting cables. The supporting struts are formed by two supporting strut parts, which are mutually pivotable about horizontal axes aligned transversely to the supporting cables.

Conveyor for the transport of bulk materials

A conveyor for the transport of bulk materials contains three pairs of supporting cables located vertically one above another. A conveyor belt is movable along the supporting cables and at its ends guided over return drums. Fastened to the conveyor belt are supporting beams having ends mounting rollers, which roll along the middle and lower supporting cables. Supporting frames are located at a distance apart in the longitudinal direction of the conveyor and by which the supporting cables are mutually connected. The supporting frames are formed by two vertically aligned supporting struts and two horizontally aligned connecting struts and, the upper ends of the supporting struts are connected to one of the upper supporting cables. The connecting struts are connected by clamping devices located thereon to the middle and to the lower supporting cables. The clamping devices located on the connecting struts form an acute angle with the connecting struts.

An installation for conveying goods, such as bulk materials, breakdown and overburden materials, mineral substances, and the like, from a loading station to an unloading station has a continuous conveyor belt that is borne by supporting cables, is moved along guide cables, from the loading station to the unloading station, rolls on supporting rollers, and is guided over deflecting drums in the loading and the unloading station. A respective turning device is located downstream of the unloading station and upstream of the loading station, as seen in the movement direction of the conveyor belt, is fastened on supporting frames, is provided for turning the return strand of the conveyor belt. The guide is formed with a helically running guide track for turning the conveyor belt downstream of the unloading station and upstream of the loading station. The guide track here, which is located in the turning device, can be adjusted and secured in position in relation to the supporting frames for adaptation to the given technical requirements, such as the dimensions and the properties of the conveyor belt, the loading to which the conveyor belt is subjected by the goods to be transported, and the like.

Installation for conveying goods

A bearing unit for a conveying installation for the transport of goods by way of a conveyor belt that is guided at the two ends of the installation by deflection drums and which is fastened to the underside of spaced-apart, transverse carrying beams. Running rollers are mounted to the two ends of the carrying beams. The rollers are mounted on bearing journals and they roll along two pairs of carrying ropes or carrying rails of the conveying installation along a forward and a return strand of the conveyor belt. A bearing bolt of the bearing units has an extension which is fastened releasably to the assigned carrying beam. The extension is an upwardly open trough, onto which the assigned end of the carrying beam is placed and releasably fastened.

A conveying installation for transporting goods has a conveyor belt that is guided over deflecting drums at the two ends of the installation and which is formed with a pair of first supporting cables that are borne by supports that are strategically placed in the installation and on which there are fastened supports for a pair of second supporting cables and for a pair of third supporting cables. The conveyor belt has supporting bars with supporting rollers mounted at each end. The supporting rollers of the forward strand of the conveyor belt roll along the second supporting cables and the supporting rollers of the return strand roll along the third supporting cables. There are provided first supporting frames, which bear the second supporting cables such that they run along catenary curves between the supports, and second supporting frames, which bear the third supporting cables such that they run more or less rectilinearly over the course of the installation.

Conveying installation for transporting goods by way of a conveyor belt

A installation for transporting goods has a conveyor belt with supporting bars carried thereon transversely to the direction of movement of the conveyor belt. Two vertically spaced-apart supporting tracks are formed in each case by two supporting cables. Running rollers that are disposed at the lateral ends of the supporting bars can be moved along the two or more supporting cable pairs. The supporting cables are connected to one another by spaced-apart retaining frames, on which the supporting cables for the running rollers are fastened. At least one further supporting cable, on which the retaining frames are likewise fastened, is provided above the upper pair of supporting cables for the running rollers.

Conveying installation for transporting goods

A system for conveying goods by way of a self-contained conveyor belt which, in the end stations, is guided over reversing pulleys. The conveyor belt is constructed with load-bearing rollers that can be moved along load-bearing cables. In this case, each run of the conveyor belt is assigned only a single load-bearing cable located above the respective run and load-bearing brackets projecting upward are fixed to the conveyor belt. The load-bearing rollers are mounted at the upper ends of the brackets.

System for conveying goods with a self-contained conveyor belt

A conveyor belt moves material from a loading station to an unloading station. The belt is formed on its two sides with spaced support rollers that move along a support track. The belt is guided over deflection drums in the loading station and in the unloading station. A turning device turns the conveyor belt through about 180&deg; after the deflection drum in the unloading station, and a turning device turns the conveyor belt back through about 180&deg; in front of the deflection drum of the loading station. Each turning device is formed by a support structure similar to a hollow cylinder with two spiral guides on the inside, along which the support rollers can be moved. The two guides lie approximately diametrically opposite one another and execute an angular rotation of about 180&deg; over the length of the support structure.

Installation for conveying bulk materials

The conveyor system for transporting goods has a conveyor belt to which transversely oriented supporting beams are attached. The system has two support tracks that are arranged at a vertical distance from one another and are each formed by two supporting cables along which rollers that are arranged at the lateral ends of the supporting beams can be moved. The supporting cables are connected to one another by a plurality of retaining frames.
