An optoelectronic transceiver including an optoelectronic transmitting unit disposed along an optical axis and having a radiation-emitting layer region and an active radiation-sensitive layer region. The optoelectronic transceiver further including an optoelectronic receiving unit disposed along the optical axis and is disposed in bridge-like fashion above the optoelectronic transmitting unit. The optoelectronic receiving unit having an active radiation-sensitive layer region disposed perpendicular to the optical axis and located in a thin membrane, which is disposed immediately in front of the radiation-emitting layer region of the optoelectronic transmitting unit, and a radiation-emitting layer region.

Optoelectronic transceiver

A position measuring device having a scanning device and a scale, wherein the scanning device is movable in relation to the scale in a measuring direction. The scale including a measuring graduation, wherein periodic measuring signals are generated when the scanning device scans the measuring graduation and a reference marking, wherein a reference marking signal is generated when the scanning device scans the reference marking with a scanning beam bundle. The scale further includes a first optically scannable area marking next to the reference marking and a second optically scannable area marking next to the reference marking and which has a different optical deflection property than the first optically scannable area marking, wherein photoelectric scanning of the first and second optically scannable area markings with the scanning beam bundle from the scanning device generates an area signal that differentiates characteristics of the first and second optically scannable area markings. A first photo-receiver receives light from the first optically scannable area marking and a second photo-receiver receives light from the second optically scannable area marking.

Position measuring device

A scanning unit for an optical position-measuring apparatus with a flexible printed circuit that electrically couples several electronic components. Among the components is at least one optoelectronic detector element or a radiation source that is suitable for the generation of shift-dependent modulated optical scanning signals from the scanning of a scale graduation structure. The radiation-sensitive detector face or the light-emitting face of the radiation source is oriented in the direction towards the flexible printed circuit. The flexible printed circuit has at least partially transparent recesses at least in a partial area of the radiation-sensitive detector face or the light-emitting face of the radiation source, a scanning graduation or transmitting graduation is disposed that in cooperation with the scale graduation structure makes possible the generation of position-dependent modulated scanning signals.
