A fire protection cuff having a coat made of fire-resistant material and a strip made of intumescent material is characterized in that the coat includes a flexible mat, which is folded over around at least one of the longitudinal edges of the intumescent strip, so that the coat surrounds the intumescent strip at least on one large face and one of the two longitudinal edges.

A fire prevention sleeve that may be fastened at a wall or ceiling for sealing lines passing through walls or ceilings with an intumescent fire prevention insert, a wall mount encompassing the fire prevention insert, with the fire prevention insert being arranged at its interior, and at least one fastening part projecting radially outwardly in the area of at least one facial side of the wall mount, characterized in that the intumescent fire prevention insert is formed by an elastically deformable molded body, completely filling out the intumescent insert as a space encompassed by the housing.

A fire retardant molding composition for molded objects such as pipes and pipe cuffs includes a thermoplastic matrix including a matrix stabilizer and intumescing components including expandable graphite.

Intumescing material for pipe cuffs

A pipe clamp is formed of a pair of semicircular clamp halves, one having a first end region (1) and the other a second end region (2). First end region (1) has a radially outwardly extending projection (3) and two guides (6, 7) located along opposite sides. Second end region (2) has a circumferentially extending radially flexural locking strip (4) with a stop face (5) directed away from a free end of the second end region (2). In the closed position, the guides (6,7) of the first end region overlap at least a part of the second end region, so that the second end region is prevented from moving radially outwardly. In moving the first and second end regions into the closed position, the projection presses the locking strip radially outwardly until the projection (3) cooperates with the stop face (5) of the locking strip (4) in the closed position.

Pipe clamp lock

A pipe clamp includes a wall part (1) with at least one bracket (3) located on its outside surface. At least one attachment part (2) is engageable in the bracket (3) and projects laterally outwardly from the wall part.
