A centrifugal pendulum for damping rotational irregularities of a driveshaft of an internal combustion engine, having a carrier flange element connectable indirectly or directly to the driveshaft, and having multiple pendulum elements displaceable in relation to the carrier flange element, and guided via rollers in pendulum paths. Each pendulum element is displaceable in relation to the carrier flange element in the circumferential direction between a first and a second stop position. At least one friction element having defined thermal expansion properties, which are different in particular from the carrier flange element and/or the pendulum elements, is associated with the carrier flange element, and is designed and arranged in such a way that in a defined temperature range of the centrifugal pendulum, upon a movement of at least one pendulum element corresponding to the friction element in the direction of a stop position.

Centrifugal pendulum

A driver assistance device for a motor vehicle with a drive assembly, which can be connected to a drivetrain via a clutch that can be activated by an actuator. The clutch being a component of an electronically controlled clutch system, in which a clutch pedal sensor detects an actuation of a clutch pedal on the driver's side and in which an analysis unit determines, in a first control mode on the basis of the detected clutch pedal actuation, a clutch torque and actuates the clutch with a corresponding clutch signal. For an adjustment of the clutch response on the driver's side, the analysis unit is associated with an input unit, for the actuation of which, on the driver's side, it is possible to shift between the first control mode and at least one second control mode.

A centrifugal pendulum device includes a pendulum mass carrier, which is rotatable about a rotation axis, and at least one pendulum mass, which is supported on the pendulum mass carrier for movement along a track between end stops which are spaced from one another in circumferential direction in relation to the rotation axis. A spring device urges the pendulum mass in one of the end stops, when the rotation speed of the pendulum mass carrier drops below a limit rotation speed.

In a motor vehicle having a manual transmission, for, in particular, limiting the engine speed during the start-up operation when fulfilling at least one permission criterion for the engine torque, the criterion depending on the driving state of the motor vehicle, a default engine torque is preset, which is specified according to at least one engine characteristic value and which can be reduced with regard to the set engine torque called for by the position of the accelerator pedal of the motor vehicle.

Method for controlling the engine of a motor vehicle having a manual transmission

A device for drivingly connecting a drive component and a driven component by a spline includes an inner tooth pattern disposed on one of the components and a mating outer tooth pattern disposed on the other component, wherein one of the components is constructed in two parts and comprises two tooth sections configured for rotation relative to one another, at least one preload spring for tensioning the two tooth sections with respect to each other in the circumferential direction, and means which for assembling the plug-in connection maintain the two tooth sections in mutual alignment, wherein the means are constructed such that the at least one preload spring becomes automatically effective when the drive component and the driven component are connected with an axial assembly motion.
