A filter element arranged exchangeably in a filter housing of a filter has a filter medium delimiting an element interior. An end body arranged at the filter medium has a fastening region surrounding the interior opening that communicates with the element interior. An insertion adapter for connecting the filter element to a fluid connector of the filter housing has an insertion sleeve insertable axially into the fastening region of the end body. The inward side of the fastening region is provided with a material that is initially flexible during manufacture of the filter element and hardens later on. The insertion sleeve has a holding element radially outwardly arranged at the circumference. With inserted insertion sleeve, the holding element is arranged in the fastening region. The initially flexible material of the fastening region flows behind the holding element and forms a form fit connection with the holding element when hardened.

A filter system is provided with a housing provided with a cover. The housing has a raw liquid inlet, a clean liquid outlet, and a liquid drain. A filter element is provided that separates a raw side from a clean side. A slide valve with a valve rod and a sealing head is provided, wherein the sealing head is arranged such that the liquid drain of the housing is closable but openable. A coupling is arranged between the sealing head and the valve rod, providing an axial securing action of the valve rod at the sealing head and a radial securing action, separate from the axial securing action, of the valve rod at the sealing head. An exchangeable filter element of a liquid filter has a filter medium surrounding circumferentially a virtual axis of the filter element. A discharge closure element is arranged eccentrically at an axial end face of the filter element. The discharge closure element closes off a discharge opening of a discharge channel of the filter housing when the filter element is installed in the filter housing. The discharge channel serves to empty liquid from the filter when the filter element is removed. The discharge closure element has a limited circumferential expansion with respect to the virtual axis. The discharge closure element has a closure surface arranged at an axial end face of the discharge closure element. The closure surface is at least partially axially oriented. The closure surface rests so as to seal axially at a sealing section of the filter housing that surrounds the discharge opening of the filter housing.

A filter element of a filter for liquid, a drainage closure element, a housing part, and a filter are described, wherein the filter element has a filter medium which continuously surrounds circumferentially an element interior relative to a virtual axis and is connected to an axial end body. The end body is provided with a filter element drainage opening surrounding the axis and communicating with the element interior. A filter element sealing surface or filter element seal surface of a filter element sealing device is provided at the end body and continuously surrounds circumferentially the filter element drainage opening. The filter element drainage opening is closed by the filter element sealing device when the filter element is mounted in the filter housing of the filter. The filter element sealing surface or filter element seal surface is axially oriented with at least one direction component relative to the axis.

A filter system for filtering a fluid has a filter housing with a housing top part and a housing bottom part, wherein the housing top part and the housing bottom part extend along a housing axis. An outlet socket is arranged at the housing top part and is provided to discharge the fluid after having been filtered. A non-return valve is arranged in an interior of the outlet socket. A filter element is arranged in the filter housing and separates a raw fluid side and a clean fluid side from each other. The filter element has a valve seat interacting with the non-return valve. The non-return valve closes in a closed position of the non-return valve a fluid path through the outlet socket and opens in an open position of the non-return valve the fluid path through the outlet socket.

A filter system for liquid media has a filter housing with housing pot and housing cover. The housing pot has a drainage channel with bottom-side drainage opening. A bottom end disk of a filter element has a closure element arranged off-center to a longitudinal filter element axis. The closure element, in predetermined installation position of the filter element, extends seal-tightly across or into the drainage opening. The bottom end disk has a cutout corresponding with a positioning aid of the housing pot. By screwing on the housing cover, the filter element moves with the housing cover axially toward the drainage opening and rotates until positioning aid and cutout engage and lock the filter element relative to the housing pot in a predetermined rotational position where the closure element is axially aligned with the drainage opening. The filter element moves with the housing cover axially into the predetermined installation position.

Disclosed is a method and a unit () for the regulation or control of a fluid pressure, having at least one housing section () and a switching film () connected to the at least one housing section () for switching at pressure differentials of 1 to 250 mbar, preferably from 1 to 100 mbar, relative to an ambient pressure acting on the switching film (), and for the regulation, release or blocking of a flow of the fluid between an inlet () and a discharge () for the fluid. The switching film () is made out of a polymer material having fluorine and carbon. In this arrangement, a hole cross-section () of the at least one housing section () is closed off by the switching film ().

A filter device includes a hollow cylindrical filter element and a bypass valve, the valve body of which rests against an adapter piece that is arranged on the end face of the filter element. At least one bypass opening is integrated into the adapter piece.

A filter arrangement for liquids has a filter housing and a functional carrier arranged inside the filter housing. A cylindrical filter element is inserted axially into the filter housing and defines an unfiltered side and a filtered side inside the filter housing. A non-return diaphragm is secured within the filter housing, wherein the non-return diaphragm is arranged on the functional carrier so as to effect an axial and/or radial sealing action of the unfiltered side relative to the filtered side of the filter arrangement.

A liquid filter has a hollow-cylindrical filter element is flowed through in a radial direction. The fluid after having passed through the filter element drains in axial direction from the interior of the filter element. A drain plug is disposed at an axial end of the interior of the filter element. The drain plug forms a moveable valve member. A drain passage for draining fluid is open in the open position of the drain plug.

A heat exchanger for cooling a liquid has an inlet and an outlet for a liquid to be cooled. A bypass is provided that bypasses the heat exchanger. A valve controls flow of liquid into the heat exchanger or into the bypass. The valve has a valve seat, a valve cone, and at least one spring made of a shape memory material. The at least one spring counteracts a liquid pressure existing in the inlet.
