A manifold device for an injection-molding nozzle for an injection-molding tool has a main manifold channel for an injection-molding compound, which main manifold channel extends from an inlet opening into the manifold device as far as at least two transfer openings, and at least two manifold channels for the injection-molding compound, which manifold channels each extend from a transfer opening to an outlet opening and are each fluidically connected by a transfer opening to the main manifold channel. Also disclosed are an injection-molding nozzle with such a manifold device and an injection-molding tool with such an injection-molding nozzle.

Disclosed is a guide bushing for the guiding and sealing of a closing needle of a needle valve nozzle of an injection moulding apparatus, the guide bushing having a main part and a fastening element, wherein the main part has a through-opening for the closing needle, wherein the through-opening comprises at least one guiding portion, which encloses the closing needle with slight movement play, wherein the through-opening comprises at least two expansion portions, whose diameter in each case is larger than that of the at least one guiding portion. The guide bushing moreover comprises a fastening element, which is securable to the main part, wherein a seal element is arranged between the fastening element and the main part, bearing against the entire circumference of a closing needle inserted into the through-opening.

Guide bushing for an injection moulding apparatus

A heating element for flow channel heating or for heating a mould impression and an injection-moulding nozzle incorporating the heating element are disclosed. The heating element has a carrier element which carries a heating conductor with first and second connection pins, and a connection device with an electrical connection cable with first and second conductors. The first and second connection pins end in an insulator. The insulator is arranged at least in certain portions in a receiving sleeve of the connection device, and the receiving sleeve points with a first end in the direction of the carrier element, is fixed with the first end on the carrier element and fixes the insulator in relation to the carrier element. A first crimping sleeve is fixed on the first connection pin and the first conductor, and a second crimping sleeve is fixed on the second connection pin and the second conductor.

An injection molding nozzle () for injection molding equipment and comprising a nozzle casing () subtending a longitudinal axis (L) fitted with at least one flow duct () for a fluid processing material, further comprising at least one nozzle tip () discharging the fluid processing material out of the nozzle casing (), the minimum of one nozzle tip () running transversely to the longitudinal axis (L) of the nozzle casing (), the minimum of one nozzle tip () being integral with the nozzle casing ().

Injection moulding device

A connection system () implementing an electric junction between a heater (), in particular a heater () for a hot runner nozzle () and at least one hookup conductor () linked to a power source, comprises a hookup body () which is made of an electrically non-conducting material and which is fitted with at least one passage () to receive at least one hookup conductor (). Said passage () is specified to end in a side face () of the hookup body (). Also the hookup conductor () is affixable to and/or on the substrate in a manner that in the specified state, the hookup conductors () passing through the minimum of one passage () shall make contact by their free ends with the heater ().

Connection device for a hot runner nozzle

An injection molding nozzle comprises a material feed pipe subtending a flow duct communicating flow-wise with at least one nozzle tip. Each tip points transversely to axial direction A of the nozzle and is held by a manifold. The manifold is pluggable/insertable into the material feed pipe and includes a neck and a base. A manifold duct system is subtended in the manifold. A main duct extending the flow duct is in the neck and the base comprises a deflection site and at least one manifold duct. The manifold duct runs radially to axial direction A. The nozzle tip is affixed in a seating unit fitted with a central recess. Radial boreholes running transversely to axial direction A fit into the seating unit and receive plugged-in nozzle tips. The central recess receives the base, the nozzle tip being secured by the base to and in the seating unit.
