The invention relates to a thermocouple for sensing the temperature at a measurement point, comprising a first conductor that has a first end and a first terminal, and a second conductor that has a second end and a second terminal. The first end of the first conductor and the second end of the second conductor are in electric contact with one another at the measurement point, while the first terminal of the first conductor and the second terminal of the second conductor can each be connected to a terminal line. The first conductor and the second conductor are applied to a substrate using thick-film technology, the first end of the first conductor and the second end of the second conductor overlapping in at least some sections at the measurement point. A hot runner nozzle has a heater and a thermocouple according to the invention.

A component part for an injection molding tool comprises a distributor that includes the first distributor plate, with a top side and underside. The component part has at least two material pipes that are aligned crosswise in relation to the underside of the first distributor plate and connected on the underside to the first distributor plate. Each material pipe has a flow channel configured therein, with feed channels configured in the first distributor plate being open on the underside into the flow channels of the material pipes. The feed channels on the top side of the first distributor plate are configured as open and the first distributor plate is monolithically formed together with the material pipes. An injection molding tool can be used with the component part and a method of making the component part is disclosed.

In the case of an injection nozzle, in particular hot-runner nozzle (), for arrangement in an injection mould () which has a relatively large number of plates as a function of the configuration, and which has, on its solid mould side (I), at least one platen () and one feed plate (), and, on its moveable, separable mould side (II) at least one cavity plate (), at the mould cavity () of which a nozzle point () is used, where the hot-runner nozzle () has, at its rear end distant from the nozzle point (), a hollow flange housing () which has a housing collar () and which receives a material tube () with a flow channel () for a material melt leading to the nozzle point (), and also has connections for a heating system () and/or cooling system and temperature sensor (), the material pipe () has been connected at its rear end by way of a delimited length section () of its outer jacket area to the flange housing () at the inner jacket area thereof so as to form a single piece.
