Sanitary fitting (A) with an outlet () and a first supply line connection () connected hydraulically thereto and capable of being connected to a first source of liquid, with a pilot valve arrangement () arranged hydraulically between the first supply line connection () and the outlet (), and with a second supply line connection () capable of being connected to a second source of liquid. The sanitary fitting (A) also exhibits a control device (), which is connected on the inlet side to the first and the second supply line connection () and on the outlet side to the pilot valve arrangement (), the pilot valve arrangement () being permanently connected by hydraulic means via the control device () to at least the first supply line connection () or the second supply line connection ().

Sanitary fitting

An internal housing for a sanitary fitting has a receiving opening for receiving a control cartridge. The receiving opening is bounded along its circumference by a wall and at its lower end by a base. In order to supply water to the control cartridge, the internal housing has an inlet opening passing through the base. A discharge opening for the discharge of the water flowing out from the control cartridge also passes through the base. In order to ensure a leak-tight transition between the internal housing and the control cartridge, an inlet seal groove open on its upper side and completely surrounding the inlet opening, and a discharge seal groove open on its upper side and completely surrounding the discharge opening are formed in the base. The inlet seal groove is for receiving an inlet seal element and the discharge seal groove is for receiving a discharge seal element that consequently bear against the internal housing and against the control cartridge.

Internal housing for a sanitary fitting and sanitary fitting

The sanitary fitting () has an outflow conduit system () which can be telescoped by a displacement distance (H). The outflow conduit system () has an inner tube (), which is retained by a base unit (), and an outer tube (), which can be moved longitudinally in relation to the inner tube (). The inner tube () has a closed tube end () and, at a spacing from the closed tube end () which corresponds at least to the displacement distance (H), a radial through-passage (). The radial through-passage () connects an interior of the inner tube () on a permanent basis to a lateral space () of constant volume, the lateral space being bounded by the inner tube () and the outer tube (). Longitudinally running throughflow channels () run through the outer tube () to a free end region of the outer tube (), in which water passes out of a water-outflow opening () when the control cartridge () is open.

Sanitary fitting with telescopic outlet system

The invention relates to a fitting housing having an underside, a top side, lateral outer surfaces, a water outlet, a cutout for accommodating a mixing and/or metering cartridge, two supply channels, which lead from the underside to the cutout and through which, during use, the mixing and/or metering cartridge is fed hot and/or cold water, and at least one discharge channel, which leads from the cutout to the water outlet and through which, during use, water is led away from the mixing and/or metering cartridge. According to the invention, the fitting housing, at least over part of the height of the cutout, is in the shape of a polygon in cross section. The discharge channel has a first channel section which runs in the vertical direction in the region of one of the corners of the polygon. As a result of the shape according to the invention of the basic body, it is possible to reduce both the amount of material used and the dimensions of the basic body, while maintaining the same stability.

Fitting housing

Device by means of which a supply container subjected to positive pressure is connected in a sealed manner to a consumer element with the aid of a sealing element, sealing in the direction of the surroundings taking place before an opening element opens the valve of the supply container. This is realized by a sealing element which, as measured in the longitudinal direction (L) from the base of the cutout, is wider than the opening element, and by an amount of play, which allows the sealing element to accommodate the full displacement.

The sanitary fitting is intended for two different qualities of water and, for this purpose, has outlet connecting branches ( ) which are separate from one another and into which two channel systems ( ), which are routed separately from one another through a common fitting housing ( ), open out. Each channel system ( ) is provided with a valve arrangement ( ), each valve arrangement being functionally separate from the other and of which the top valve arrangement ( ), assigned to the channel system ( ), has a closure body ( ) which executes a lifting movement and of which the actuating element ( ) forms the top termination of the sanitary fitting. In order for it to be possible for the actuating element to be easily operated even with a comparatively high pressure in the channel system ( ) which is to be closed, as is the case, for example, in drinking water enriched with carbon dioxide, a pressure-equalizing channel ( ), which is routed through the valve closure body ( ), connects the channel system ( ) to a pressure-equalizing space ( ), which is provided on the rear end surface ( ) of the valve closure body ( ).
