A method and a device for producing filter inserts (), in particular filter inserts () for preparing a coffee or tea filtrate, including the continuous folding (A) of a filter paper sheet () into a double layer (), partially binding (B) the double layer () to a plurality of interconnected filter inserts () using at least one stamped seam () and separating (D) the interconnected filter inserts () from the filter paper sheet (). The filter inserts () are provided with a label () after folding (A).

Method and device for producing filter inserts

The invention concerns a back table cover (1) for an operating room back table with different surgical instruments (2) wrapped in it such as Mayo stand covers, operating room drapes, adhesive strips, napkins, stockings, etc that is encased in a packaging (26). The invention is based on the problem of creating a table cover of the initially-cited kind in a quickly produced vacuum packaging (26) from which the table cover (1) can be removed undamaged and sterile with its surgical instrument set (2). This problem is solved according to the invention in that the folded table cover (1) is provided with an air-permeable zone (17, 20, 29, 30, 34) leading to the interior from at least one of its outer areas (18, 18a).

Cover for an operating room back table

An operation table cover is composed of a foil hose of thermoplastic material with a closed bottom region and an open head region provided with a circumferential reversed rim, with side edges closed by welding seams. The operation table cover is formed so that despite its substantially refuse-free manufacture, it can be fitted over the supporting surface of an operation table with a simple handling. For this purposes the side edges in the vicinity of the bottom region and directly under the reversed rim are provided with inwardly directed offset regions, and the reversed rim has the same width as the central region of the foil hose located between the offset regions.
