A fishing system is described that is mounted to a boat. The fishing system has a housing, a mast supported in the housing, and a first actuator connected to and rotating the mast. The first actuator is mounted on the housing. A second actuator is connected to and pivots the housing. By turning on the second actuator, the mast can be raised or lowered, as needed.

Fishing system

A convertible pickup truck which has a rear extended cab area and a windshield assembly. The convertible pickup truck has a roof structure which pivots about a framework or a safety bar. In the lowered position, the roof structures resides within the confines of the area defined by the rear extended cab of the pickup truck.

A portable dental delivery system is provided which is composed of a plurality of individual module sections. The portable delivery system provides all basic tools and accessories which are necessary for a dentist to perform all types of dental work which may be required by patients. The dental delivery system includes a quiet running, pressurized clean air supply system for operating the various tools and accessories utilized by the dentist. A hermetically enclosed refrigeration compressor unit is modified to provide an adequate supply of pressurized air in an extremely quiet manner. The temperature of the compressor unit is maintained at a safe level by an oil cooling system. A pump draws oil from the base of the compressor unit, passes it through a radiator which is additionally cooled by an axial fan. The oil is returned to the compressor unit at the top of the housing at a location which will cause the oil to impinge directly upon the cylinder head of the compressor. Oil entrained in the pressurized outlet air is collected in an oil coalescer. A check valve is provided downstream of the coalescer and ahead of an air storage tank. A normally closed solenoid is connected to the lowermost portion of the coalescer so that upon deenergization of the compressor unit the solenoid is automatically opened unloading the outlet pressure so as to drive any accumulated oil in the coalescer back into the oil return line for the housing.

A lateral fishing outrigger has a mast with one end pivotally attached to a side of a boat at a given point and at least one collar disposed in the vicinity of the other end of the mast for guiding fishing lines. A power-operated actuator for the outrigger includes a housing pivotally attached to the side of the boat, a drive disposed in the housing, and a rod connected to the drive and pivotally attached to the other end of the mast for pivoting the mast toward and away from the side of the boat about the given point.

An automobile body includes a front windshield and a passenger compartment having a pair of body side panels between which is disposed a front seat section and a rear seat section, and a collapsible, segmented convertible hard top roof. The roof is mounted for manually-activated movement between a raised, non-collapsed position, in which the roof extends from an upper edge of the front windshield rearwardly over the front and rear sections of the passenger compartment at a sufficient height so that the body assumes the general configuration of a hard top four passenger sedan or coupe body, and a lowered collapsed position, in which the roof extends substantially over only the rear seat section of the passenger compartment at a lower height such that it lies substantially flush with the upper edges of the body side panels so that the body assumes the general configuration of a two-passenger, open top roadster.

Combined animal litter scooper and container

A container for picking up, enclosing, transporting and disposing materials is provided. Such principal material is pet waste. The container is of tray shape comprising two hinged integral face panels disposed in a coextensive planar position in the open condition and in an angular position in the closed condition. In the open position the two hinged panels form a tray surrounded by side and edge panels. The side panels are interrupted at the hinge by triangular webs with the apex of each web at the intersection of the hinge and the side panel. The container is actuated from its stable open traylike condition through a metastable condition to a stable closed triangular clamshell-like configuration. The transition from the open to closed condition is powered by the energy of the folding webs inverting their relative position with respect to their integral sides. The box is formed of resilient sheet materials such as cardboard, polymeric resins and the like, preferably of a biodegradable nature.

Snap-closing container

A hydraulically operable elevator having a vertically reciprocable cab suspended from an overhead structure by differential hydraulic piston systems which are responsive to introduction of hydraulic fluid to decrease the overall length of the differential pistons causing the cab to ascend, and which are responsive to withdrawal of hydraulic fluid from the piston assemblies to increase the overall length of the differential pistons, allowing the cab to descend. Only one differential piston assembly is required on each side of the transverse axis of the cab to increase its stability and to provide maximum cross-sectional area for the interior of the cab.

Stabilized hydraulic elevator

A vehicle whose interior is accessible from the outside through openable doors is provided with an enclosure extension formed with a support fixed on the vehicle in the vicinity of and generally above the aperture formed by the doors and generally within the vertical projection of the vehicle. A full-suspension frame is displaceable on the support between a retracted position generally within the support and an extended position extending from the support and from the vehicle above the aperture. A pair of side walls formed as hinged-together panels, a top wall, and a bottom wall are carried on the frame and displaceable therewith. The hinges between the panels allow the walls and the frame to move between a folded position corresponding to the retracted position of the frame with all the walls fitting compactly together and occupying a relatively small space and an unfolded position corresponding to the extended position of the frame and forming an empty compartment having a bottom constituted by the bottom wall, a pair of upright sides constituted by the top wall. Each of the walls has a frontal edge turned horizontally toward the vehicle and connectable tightly therewith by means of a magnetic seal. The rear edges of these walls are engaged with a downwardly swingable end wall that therefore forms with the other walls a five-sided space open on a sixth side into the vehicle and constituting an extension of its enclosure.

A mobile rectangular base constituted by a motor home, trailer, or the like is overlain by a congruent cover. A foldable post is provided extending between each corner of the cover and the corresponding corner of the base so that when unfolded they rigidly support the cover well above the base. Walls constituted by a plurality of rigid panels can be pulled from the base or from the cover and slid along guides on the posts to enclose the structure. Hydraulic cylinders are provided to fold and unfold the posts so as to lower and raise the cover. When the walls are locked in place the entire assembly is rigid and self-supporting.
