A fluid operated position regulator comprises a servo means, arranged in a regulator housing and by which a supply connection, a venting connection and a power connection can be placed in circuit in an adjustable manner. To predetermine or set its position the servo means possesses two mutually oppositely orientated fluid actuating faces of equal size, which respectively delimit a control chamber. The two control chambers are connected by way of an intermediately placed choke means with a common control pressure connection. Downstream from the two choke means each control chamber is connected with a venting connection. A control valve means can control the two venting connections and in particular simultaneously close them.

Fluid operated position regulator

A piezoelectric valve has a flexural transducer accommodated in a valve housing and having a free ending cantilever operational section able to be deflected by electrical control. The operational section extends over two controlled valve openings lying on the same side and possesses two control section associated with such valve openings. One of the control section serves for control of a supply opening and is urged into its closed by actuating means provided in addition to the flexural transducer. The actuating force is powerful enough to reach the closed position, when the other control section clears the associated valve opening.

Piezoelectric valve

A valve controlled fluid power actuator arrangement having a fluid power valve arrangement () controlled by an electronic control means (through) being connected by means of at least one plastic fluid power line () with at least one actuator (). In the plastic line () electrical line strands and/or light guides are integrated for the transmission of sensor signals. The at least one plastic line () is connected with the respective actuator () with the aid of a connection member () having a connection cable () with at least one sensor () in or on the actuator (). Accordingly in the case of a valve arrangement separate from the actuators a rapid and simple fluid power and electrical or, respectively, optical assembly may take place.

Valve controlled fluidic actuator system

A choke valve having a coarse setting choke means and a fine setting choke means placed in parallel to it. The coarse setting choke means is able to be switched over in stages between different degrees of choking with different choke cross sections. The fine setting choke means renders possible a stepless adjustment of its choke cross section.

Choke valve

A connection member for flexible plastic fluid lines (), whose wall contains at least electrical line strand (). A female socket () for the plastic line () is connected with an inner fluid duct () in the connection member (). The female socket () possesses a coupling means () for electrical connection with the at least one electrical line strand () in the plastic line (). At least one connection cable () mounted to the side on the connection member () connects a sensor arrangement (), which is arranged on an end of the cable remote from the connection member () electrically with the coupling means ().

A solenoid valve has an electromagnet with a clapper armature. The clapper armature is installed in a valve chamber, which is provided with an installation opening for the installation of the clapper armature. The electromagnet is provided with a yoke means, which directly closes the installation opening with a closure section. The clapper armature bears in a pivotal fashion at the rear against this closure section.

Solenoid valve

A piezo valve having a flexural transducer unit which includes two flexural transducers adapted to be deflected in opposite directions. The flexural transducers are fixedly joined together at one terminal part of the flexural transducer unit with the formation of a common bearing section. The flexural transducer unit is pivotally mounted in relation to the housing. At least one flexural transducer serves for the control of a valve opening associated with it, the other flexural transducer being able to be biased by the application of a drive voltage toward a support face arranged in a deflection path in order to for instance to increase the displacement path of the other flexural transducer.

Piezo valve

A rocker valve with pneumatic pre-control includes a housing (G) with the pressure means connections (P, A, R, Ps), at least one rocker in the housing which is movable between two final positions about an axis and works together with at least one sealing surface for at least two pressure means connections, where one handle of the rocker can be impacted with a pre-control pressure via a pre-control connection and the rocker in one final position connects one working connection (A) with the supply connection (P) and in the other final position with the ventilation connection (R). To achieve the greatest simplicity of construction and space-savings, the highest possible operational security through the best possible sealing-off of the connections and precision as well as short switching times, two working connections (A,,A,) are provided, from which in each of both of the final positions of the rocker one working connection, respectively, is covered by the rocker and the sealing surface, where a working connection (A,) is separable through the rocker from a supply connection (P) and the second working connection (A,) is separable through the rocker from a ventilation connection (R)
