A hydraulic axial piston machine includes a drive shaft, a swashplate pivotable about a pivot axis to change inclination relative to a drive shaft axis, and an actuating piston approximately parallel to the drive shaft axis. The actuating piston has a first end which engages and adjusts the swashplate and a second end which bounds an actuating chamber. Fluid flows to the actuating chamber to pivot the swashplate one direction and is forced out of the actuating chamber when the swashplate pivots the other direction. A return element on the actuating piston incorporates a position of the actuating piston and thus the inclination of the swashplate into a control valve. The return element is positioned such that its longitudinal axis and an actuating piston longitudinal axis span a plane that differs from a plane perpendicular to the pivot axis.

Hydraulic axial piston machine

A hydraulic dual axial piston machine includes a first driving unit and a second driving unit arranged one behind the other in the direction of the axis of a drive shaft and oriented opposite each other. The first and second driving units each have a respective swashplate and single actuating piston. The first and second actuating pistons exert load on a pivot cradle in a functionally identical manner to increase or decrease a pivot angle of the respective swashplate. The first and second actuating pistons are spaced apart from a central plane of the swashplates which extends through the axis of the drive shaft such that dimensions of a housing in the direction of the pivot axes of the swashplates are minimally influenced.

Hydraulic dual axial piston machine

A retaining segment for retaining a back-up plate of a hydrostatic piston machine is disclosed. The retaining segment has a recess for an actuating element of an adjusting device and a retaining surface that extends along an arc section. A stop surface is formed on the retaining segment. The stop surface and the receiver for an actuating element are formed on opposing ends of the retaining segment and are oriented towards a side remote from a mounting surface.

An axial piston machine is provided. The pivoting cradle of the axial piston machine has variable tilt. The axial piston machine has at least one adjustment device extending substantially in the longitudinal direction of the axial piston machine. The axial piston machine further has a return element for returning to a position of the pivoting cradle. The return element and the adjustment device are disposed in a plane extending parallel to an axis of rotation of the axial piston machine and perpendicular to a pivoting axis of the pivoting cradle.

An axial piston machine is provided, which has a swivel cradle, the inclination of which can be modified in relation to a rotational axis of a cylinder drum. A regulation system acts on the swivel cradle, which has a first regulator for adjusting the inclination of the swivel cradle in a first displacement direction and a second regulator for adjusting the inclination in an opposite second displacement direction. The first and second regulators are located on opposite sides of the swivel cradle in relation to the rotational axis. The axial piston machine also has a device for limiting the displacement of the swivel cradle, which has a first adjustable limiting device and a second adjustable limiting device, which each act on the swivel cradle and are located on opposite sides of the swivel cradle in relation to the rotational axis.

An axial piston machine in a swash-plate construction with an actuating device. The actuating device comprises a actuating piston and a mating piston. The actuating piston and the mating piston are connected to the swash plate each with the first end thereof and can be applied with the second end thereof with a force acting in the direction of the first end. For resetting the swash plate in the direction of a resting position, an elastic element is provided on the actuating piston and on the mating piston, which is supported on a spring bearing arranged on the first side facing the swash plate of the actuating piston or of the mating piston. In the other direction, the elastic element is supported on a second spring bearing arranged on the end facing away from the swash plate of the actuating piston or of the mating piston. When the swash plate is deflected from the resting position, the second spring bearing of the actuating piston or of the mating piston is supported on a counter bearing on the housing side. The second spring bearing of the respective other actuating bearing or mating bearing is supported on a counter bearing on the piston side.

The invention relates to a drive system () having a first driving shaft () and having a second driving shaft (). The second driving shaft () is connected to a cylinder barrel of a hydrostatic piston machine () in a torsionally rigid manner. The displacement volume of the hydrostatic piston machine () can be shifted by means of a shifting means (), and the first driving shaft () can be mechanically coupled to the second driving shaft () through a clutch (). A liquid filter, especially including an oil filter cartridge ( ) which is contained in a pot-shaped or cylindrical housing ( ) with threaded cover ( ), into which a cooler ( ) is preferably installed. An outlet opening ( ) is contained in the oil cooler ( ) which facilitates complete emptying of the cooler when the filter is changed. In this way, a complete replacement of the oil can be performed, so that the replaced oil is not contaminated from the outset by residues of the old oil. Thus, service intervals can be lengthened.
