A damping device, in particular for damping or preventing pressure surges, such as pulsations, in hydraulic supply circuits, preferably in the form of a silencer, has a damping housing () encompassing a damping chamber (). The damping housing () has at least one fluid inlet () and at least one fluid outlet (), as well as a fluid receiving chamber extending between the fluid inlet () and the fluid outlet (). During operation of the device, a fluid flow coming from the fluid inlet () passes through the damping chamber () towards the fluid outlet (). A wall part of the fluid receiving chamber extends as a guide element () in at least one direction of extension transverse to the direction of the fluid flow. In the damping chamber (), several guide elements () are provided, against which guide elements the fluid can flow to alter the flow velocity in certain areas.

Damping device

A bellows accumulator, consisting of at least two housing parts () which form an accumulator housing (), and having a separating bellows (), which is movably arranged in the accumulator housing () and separates two media spaces () from each other and is at least on its one free end fixed to a securing device () in the accumulator housing (), wherein said securing device () is welded to the adjacently arranged housing parts (), is characterized in that the adjacently arranged housing parts () comprise at least in part titanium materials, in that the securing device () consists of at least two interconnected components (), at least one () of which comprises at least in part titanium materials and is welded to the adjacently arranged housing parts (), and in that the respective other component (), consisting of a different metal material, is used for securing the separating bellows () to the securing device ().

Bellows accumulator

A bellows accumulator has at least one accumulator housing () and a separating bellows () movably arranged in the accumulator housing (). The separating bellowshas a plurality of bellows folds and separates two media spaces () from one another. The stationary open end of the separating bellows () is fixed to the accumulator housing () by a securing device (). The separating bellows () has, at its movable other end, a closure part () having a guide device () by which the closure part () is guided in the accumulator housing (). The closure part () has, in addition to the guide device (), a sealing device (). At least in the one extended end position of the separating bellows (), the sealing device () separates a fluid space (), in which the bellows folds are arranged in the accumulator housing (), from a fluid port () in the accumulator housing (). At least in some of the other working positions, the sealing device () releases this fluid connection.

A pressure accumulator having an accumulator housing () in which a movable separating element () separates a gas chamber () filled with a working gas from a fluid chamber () in a fluid-sealed manner. A monitoring device () is provided, which, in the event of a fault impairing the sealing effect of the separating element (), provides an optically discernible indication and has an inspection window (), through which an indicator can be observed. The monitoring device is connected to the gas chamber () and changes optical properties discernibly when wetted with the fluid. The indicator changing its optical properties is accommodated in a capsule () with a capsule wall () permeable to the passage of the fluid and arranged between the inspection window () and the separating element () in the accumulator housing ().

A tensioning cylinder device includes a housing (), at least partly longitudinally movable piston-rod unit () arranged in the housing and a compensating element in the form of a bellows body () having bellows folds. The bellows body is longitudinally variable and has a media-carrying connection to a compressible medium accommodated in a medium chamber () in the housing ().

An equalization device is, in particular, in the form of a tank. The housing () of the tank has at least one inlet () and one outlet () for receiving and discharging fluid, respectively, at least in one of the housing walls () of the housing, which housing can be filled with the fluid. At least one equalization body () is arranged within the housing (). The equalization body is at least partly provided with an elastically compliant separating wall (). The interior of the equalization body is delimited, and is at least partly in pressure-equalizing connection () with the surroundings at a passage () through one of the housing walls ().

The parts produced by a 3D printing method can include one or more or all of two housing parts and a separating element separating the interior chamber of the two hosing parts are at least partially produced by a 3D printing method.

A damping device, particularly for damping or avoiding pressure surges such as pulses, in hydraulic supply circuits, preferably in the form of a silencer, includes a damping housing that surrounds a damping chamber (), has at least one fluid inlet (), has at least one fluid outlet () and has a fluid receiving chamber () extending between the fluid inlet () and the fluid outlet (). During operation of the device, a fluid flow crosses the damping chamber () in a through-flow direction (), coming from the fluid inlet () in the direction of the fluid outlet (). At least parts of the fluid receiving chamber () extend in at least one extension direction transversely with respect to the through-flow direction (). The fluid receiving chamber () immediately adjoins the fluid inlet () and the fluid outlet () and is delimited by at least one yielding wall part ().

A device determines the weight of a hydraulic accumulator () during its operation in a hydraulic facility. A pressurised liquid is introduced into a pressure vessel at least partially filled with a gas. The pressurised liquid compresses the gas and is stored in such a way that when it leaves the accumulator () hydraulic energy is emitted to the facility. The respective current weight of the hydraulic accumulator () is detected by a weighing device () applied to the hydraulic accumulator ().

Device and method for determining the weight of a hydraulic accumulator

A hydropneumatic piston accumulator has an accumulator housing () defining a housing longitudinal axis () and a piston () longitudinally movable between two housing covers () positioned opposite each other. In the housing (), the piston () separates a working chamber () for a compressible medium, such as a working gas, from a working chamber () for an incompressible medium, such as hydraulic fluid. A piston part () of a displacement measurement device continuously determines each position of the piston () in the housing (). A rod-shaped guide () is stationarily positioned in the accumulator housing () and passes all the way through the piston () in each of its displacement positions in the accumulator housing (). The piston () is movably guided along the guide until it reaches the stop on one of the two housing covers () and is sealed against this guide () using a sealing device ().

Degasifying apparatus is for eliminating gases, such as ambient air, from fluids, such as oil. The apparatus has at least one permeable membrane () that lets the gas to be eliminated from the fluid () penetrate through the permeable membrane and retains the liquid moiety of the fluid within the permeable membrane.

A safety device includes a connection point () for a pressure accumulator () that is connected to a bursting unit () at the gas end via the connection point (). The bursting unit () can be triggered by a controllable force element (). In the triggered state, the bursting unit allows the pressure accumulator () to be emptied at the gas end.

A method for producing a foam body for a pressure or hydraulic accumulator has a bubble- or diaphragm-shaped, elastically flexible separating layer () separating gas and liquid chambers from each other within an accumulator housing. The production method includes introducing a flowable, preferably liquid, foam material into the pressure accumulator with the foam material being at least partially surrounded by the separating layer (), curing the foam material in the hydraulic accumulator, and building up a pressure gradient in which the visibly curing foam material expands the separating layer () from an originally partially filled starting state in the direction of an end state in which the accumulator is finally filled with the cured foam ().

Method for producing a foam body

A bellows accumulator, in particular a pulsation damper, includes a bellows () arranged in an accumulator housing () and separating two media chambers () from each other. Bellows folds () of the bellows can be moved at least partially along the inner wall () of the accumulator housing (). The outside diameter of the bellows folds () is selected to be slightly smaller than the associated diameter of the inner wall () of the accumulator housing () in such a way that spaces () are formed, which spaces together form a hydraulic damper for at least one medium.

A method for the production of a bladder accumulator () that separates two media chambers () from one another in a storage housing () by a bladder body (). The following production steps include extruding a plastic tube over the bladder body (), shaping the plastic tube with the integrated bladder body () in a molding tool that corresponds to a predeterminable plastic core container (), and winding at least one plastic fiber from the outside on the plastic core container () for the purpose of creating the storage housing ().
