The invention provides a method for preparing a porous rock and a method for quantitatively researching low-amplitude wave propagation by using the porous rock. The invention also provides a method for testing a low-amplitude ultrasonic wave propagation law of the rock by quantitatively researching a pore characteristic of the rock sample prepared by the method for preparing the porous rock. The invention solves a problem that high-precision, repeated and batch customization of rock-like porous medium samples is difficult, and improves precision of quantitatively researching the porous characteristic of the low-amplitude ultrasonic wave propagation law of the rock.

A top of the support frame is fixed with a top plate, a bearing plate is provided above the top plate, the bearing plate is provided with a plurality of vertical force transferring rods, the force transferring rods vertically penetrate through the top plate and sliding fit with the top plate, lower ends of the force transferring rods are provided with a tensile base, a top of the tensile base is provided with a lower clamp holder, a bottom of the top plate is provided with an upper clamp holder, and a clamp center of the upper clamp holder overlaps with a clamp center of the lower clamp holder. An acoustic component and a seepage component are provided in the upper clamp holder and the lower clamp holder.

Provided is a fixture applied to sticking a strain gauge on a Hopkinson square bar and a use method of the fixture. The invention is specially designed for a square waveguide bar, and the fixture further ensures consistency of the same group of strain gauges along a cross-section position of the bar. A rolling and sliding adaptive device for guiding and fixing a drill pipe includes a mounting platform, where the mounting platform is provided with a through hole for the drill pipe to pass through. Multiple rolling and sliding support mechanisms are arranged around the through hole. The rolling and sliding support mechanisms each include a support seat. The support seat is provided with a contact element telescopic and swingable on the support seat. A telescopic drive mechanism is provided between the contact element and the support seat. The contact elements on the multiple rolling and sliding support mechanisms form a funnel-shaped structure with a large upper part and a small lower part around the through hole. The rolling and sliding adaptive device is used on a deep in-situ high-fidelity coring calibration platform for accurate positioning of an assembly process of a multi-section drill pipe bin.

Disclosed is a magnetic pressure retaining control device, which comprises: a valve seat, a magnetic valve cover, and a trigger magnetic member for repelling the magnetic valve cover; the magnetic valve cover and an open end of the valve seat are movably connected; when the magnetic valve cover is in an open state, the trigger magnetic member is opposite to an end surface of the magnetic valve cover away from an inside of the valve seat. A cylindrical magnet is also arranged in the valve seat. By the magnetic between the trigger magnet and the magnetic valve cover, and the magnetic between the magnetic valve cover and the valve seat, a reliable guarantee for the closure between the magnetic valve cover and the valve seat is provided. The valve seat and the valve cover are tightly closed under different conditions.

A simulation device for magnetic closing of flap valve is disclosed, which includes a worktable, a driving mechanism for driving the worktable to rotate, a valve seat, a magnetic valve cover movably connected with the valve seat, a first magnet for repelling the magnetic valve cover, a cylinder, a lifting equipment for driving the cylinder to rise and fall. When the cylinder is inserted into the valve seat driven by the lifting equipment, the cylinder prevents the closure of the magnetic valve cover. When the cylinder is out of contact with the magnetic valve cover driven by the lifting equipment, the magnetic valve cover is closed, and the worktable in the simulation device can rotate and turn over, so that the closing process of flap valve (valve seat and valve cover) in any direction of deep drilling coring under the action of magnetic force is simulated.

The test device comprise a supporting platform, a plurality of loading plates, an electromagnetic pulse emitting system, an acoustic emission monitoring system, a high-speed camera, an electromagnetic radiation detecting system and a confining pressure servo control loading system. The plurality of loading plates are arranged on a side wall of a coal rock sample and are placed inside a square chest, the electromagnetic pulse emitting system and the confining pressure servo control loading system are arranged inside a bar system, and an acoustic emission probe is arranged inside the loading plate. A three-dimensional real stress environment of the coal rock is simulated by simulating a shear stress through friction between the loading plate and the sample, as well as dynamic and static combined loading of multi-axial and multi-directional static confining pressure and stress wave disturbance.

The present invention relates to a rock physico-mechanical testing chamber and a three-dimensional multi-field information perception cabin in simulated environments of deep earth, deep space, and deep sea. The testing chamber comprises a cabin body and 6 butting indenters; the 6 butting indenters are pairwise located in an X-axis direction, a Y-axis direction and a Z-axis direction; the 6 butting indenters are respectively mounted in through holes on six faces of the cabin body, inner ends of the butting indenters extend into the cabin body, outer ends of the butting indenters are exposed out of the cabin body, and the butting indenters can axially move relative to the cabin body. An assembly method for a deep in-situ high-fidelity coring calibration platform includes the following steps: S: fixing a core bin assembly subsystem on a preset ground foundation and fixing a simulator of a core bin on a mounting base plate of the core bin assembly subsystem; S: driving a cylinder and driving the mounting base plate to move to a preset position; S: driving a servo motor and controlling two clips to move close to each other; S: fixing a drill pipe bin assembly subsystem on the ground foundation; S: assembling multiple sections of a drill pipe bin in turn; aligning and connecting a bottom of the drill pipe bin to the simulator, and aligning and communicating the top of the drill pipe bin with the lower part of an adaptive drill pipe guide structure; and S: driving the adaptive drill pipe guide structure to perform accurate positioning.

A real-time temperature-pressure detection and rapid processing system for a calibration platform, comprises an inner return pipe, and a water supply pipe is provided therein with an inner water supply pipe. An outer wall of the inner water supply pipe is connected with an inner wall of the water supply pipe through multiple springs. An outer wall of the inner return pipe is connected with an inner wall of a return pipe through multiple springs. The return pipe and the water supply pipe are made of a thermosetting polymer material. The multiple springs, the inner water supply pipe, and the inner return pipe are covered with a heat conducting material. The system further includes a temperature-pressure detection assembly. The assembly includes multiple infrared sensors arranged at two sides of the return pipe and the water supply pipe, a booster pump, a heater, and infrared sensors connected with a control unit.

A high-temperature and high-pressure simulator for a deep in-situ environment is provided. The simulator includes a high-fidelity sample chamber, where a lower end of the high-fidelity sample chamber is provided with a bottom cylinder. A lower end of the bottom cylinder is provided on a base. A piston rod of the bottom cylinder extends into the high-fidelity sample chamber, and an upper end of the piston rod is provided with a rock sample seat. An upper end of the high-fidelity sample chamber is provided with a rock sample cap. The top of the high-fidelity sample chamber is sealed by an end cap of the high-fidelity sample chamber. An upper end of the end cap of the high-fidelity sample chamber is provided with a multi-section coring drill chamber. The uppermost section of the coring drill chamber is connected to a lift cylinder.

The present invention relates to a deep rock in situ environment reconstruction and integrated three-dimensional mechanical-thermo-acousto-seismic-flow testing method, which comprises: preparing a cubic sample; placing the cubic sample in a sample holder; extending the 6 indenters to butt with the sample holder; butting 6 butting indenters with the 6 indenters; butting each of 6 hydraulic actuators with one of the butting indenters, performing stress loading on the cubic sample by the hydraulic actuator, filling a fluid medium into the cubic sample by a percolation medium channel, and dynamically measuring related parameters. The present application can achieve three-way multi-parameter synchronous monitoring and acquisition of deformation, acoustic emission, ultrasonic wave, temperature field, percolation field and heat flow field.
