The present invention relates to a technical idea of cooling the surface of a material or the internal temperature under the material by emitting heat under an element to the outside while minimizing absorption of light in the solar spectrum, and more particularly to a technology for developing a material having a high transmittance or high reflectance with respect to incident sunlight and a high absorptivity selectively in a wavelength range of 8 μm to 13 μm corresponding to the sky window section of the atmosphere.

The present invention relates to a technique of cooling a temperature on the surface or under a material by emitting heat under a radiative cooling device to the outside while minimizing the absorption of light in a solar spectrum by forming a paint coating layer with excellent radiative cooling performance on various surfaces. A radiative cooling device according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a paint coating layer formed by coating or dyeing on various surfaces a paint solution mixed with nano or microparticles of which a particle size and a composition are determined in consideration of infrared emissivity and reflectance to incident sunlight in a wavelength range corresponding to a sky window and a binder mechanically connecting the surfaces of the nano or microparticles in a solvent.

The present invention relates to a glass having a surface with improved water-repellency or hydrophobicity and low reflectance, and a fabrication method thereof. A technology is employed, in which a thin film containing silicon or silicon oxide is formed on the glass surface, the nano-structures are formed by selective etching treatment using a reactive gas such as CFor the like to provide superhydrophobicity and low reflectance properties, and a material with low surface energy is coated onto the nano-structures. The fabrication method of the low-reflective and superhydrophobic or super water-repellent glass may execute deposition and etching processes for the glass having the superhydrophobicity and the low reflectance, and provide excellent superhydrophobicity and low reflectance to the surface of the glass which was difficult to be treated. Also, the method is sustainable due to non-use of a toxic etching solution during these processes. The superhydrophobic and low-reflective glass can be applied to various fields, such as high-tech smart devices, vehicles, home appliances and so forth.

Provided is an oil-water separation structure, a method of manufacturing the same, an oil-water separator including the oil-water separation structure, and an oil-water separation method using the oil-water separator. The oil-water separation structure includes a porous substrate including a plurality of protrusions forming a nano-pattern on at least one surface; and an inorganic particle disposed at an end of at least some portions of the protrusions. The oil-water separation structure has hydrophilic or superhydrophilic surface properties to selectively filter out water and easily separate and retrieve oil from a mixture of water and oil. A manufacturing process of the oil-water separation structure is environmentally friendly and the oil-water separation structure may be manufactured into a large surface area. The present invention relates to a 3D printer polymer filament improving strength of a polymer resin and providing durability by using graphene coated metal nanoparticles and carbon nanotubes, and expressing a function of the graphene coated metal nanoparticles and the carbon nanotubes as a filler, and a manufacturing method thereof. Accordingly, according to the present invention, the 3D printer polymer filament and the manufacturing method includes mixing the graphene coated metal nanoparticles, the carbon nanotubes, and the polymer, using the manufactured mixture to form a filament through extrusion, and forming a 3D printed article by using the filament, thereby improving the strength and the durability by using the graphene coated metal nanoparticles and the carbon nanotubes.

The present invention provides a method for controlling the temperature of a fuel cell system by controlling the rotational speeds of a coolant pump and a cooling fan based on the coolant outlet temperature, the amount of heat generated by a fuel cell stack, etc. In particular, the present invention controls the temperature of a fuel cell system by utilizing a controller which receives a coolant outlet temperature from a sensor in a state where a reference temperature for each stage is determined with respect to the coolant outlet temperature and a target rotational speed for each stage is determined based on the coolant outlet temperature. Then the controller performs proportional integral (PI) control with respect to each rotational speed of a coolant pump and a cooling fan at the target rotational speed for each stage determined based on the current coolant outlet temperature detected by the water temperature sensor.
