Disclosed herein are a neural signal feedback system and method. The neural signal feedback system includes: a microelectrode array unit configured such that a plurality of microelectrodes is disposed on a substrate and such that one microelectrode, which is a reference electrode, and corresponding electrode groups including other microelectrodes located at different same distances from the reference electrode are set; and an analysis and determination unit configured to compare neural signal values, measured in the microelectrode array unit, with a preset reference value, and to determine whether to apply the electrical stimulation of the microelectrode array unit. The analysis and determination unit performs re-measurement after the application of electrical stimulation, and repeats the application of electrical stimulation and measurement until the measured values reach the reference value.

Disclosed herein is a biosensor capable of receiving bioelectric stimulation or bio-signals. The biosensor has a pillar-type electrode structure that is coated with a non-conductive material. The present invention relates to a neural device comprising wires transmitting and receiving electric signals. More specifically, the present invention relates to a structure of the neural device comprising wires which effectively obtain electric signals developed in nerve fibers and transmit electric stimuli to the nerve fibers. The neural device according to the present invention is connected to a processing module processing electric signals detected from nerve fibers, and the neural device is inserted in nerve fibers via nanowires to obtain electric signals from the nerve fibers, or inserted in the nerve fibers to transmit electric stimuli. The neural device may further provide with at least one through-hole and support. The neural device according to the present invention has an advantage that may obtain electric signals without killing nerve fibers or provide them with electric stimuli.

This invention relates to a nanowire-assisted method for mass spectrometric analysis of a specimen. More specifically, by using nanowire which can fix a specimen and perform desorption/ionization of the specimen while effectively transferring laser energy to the specimen to be irradiated, thereby enabling to perform mass spectrometric analysis without using a matrix solution. This invention, by effectively performing desorption/ionization of a specimen using the above-mentioned nanowire, enables to effectively perform qualitative-, quantitative-, and micro-analyses of specimens as well as low molecular weighted specimens. Further, this invention enables to the typical device of mass spectrometric analysis used in MALDI-T of MS. In particular, this invention can perform mass spectrometric analysis of a specimen with molecular weight of less than 1,000 Da and perform quantitative analysis by fixing a specimen with a predetermined area.

The present invention relates to a fabrication method of gallium manganese nitride (GaMnN) single crystal nanowire, more particularly to a fabrication method of GaMnN single crystal nanowire substrate by halide vapor phase epitaxy (HVPE) in which such metal components as gallium (Ga) and manganese (Mn) react with such gas components as nitrogen (N), hydrogen chloride (HCl) and ammonia (NH), wherein the amount of the gas components are adjusted to control the Mn doping concentration in order to obtain nanowire having a perfect, one-dimensional, single crystal structure without internal defect, concentration of holes, or carriers, and magnetization value of which being determined by the doping concentration and showing ferromagnetism at room temperature, thus being a useful spin transporter in the field of the next-generation spintronics, such as spin-polarized LED, spin-polarized FET, etc.
