The present invention relates to a contact element (&#x2033;), a base ('&#x2033;), a clamping element (&#x2033;), an arrangement (&#x2032;&#x2033;&#x2033;) and a mounting section (&#x2033;) for electrically contacting a light-emitting diode (LED) (&#x2032;). In order to conveniently and cost-effectively hold and electrically contact the LED (&#x2032;), the present invention provides that the contact element (&#x2032;) comprises a mounting section (&#x2032;) adapted for mounting the contact element (&#x2032;) to the base (&#x2032;) in a manner that the contact element (&#x2032;) is pivotable about a pivot axis (P) extending through the mounting section (&#x2032;), and comprises a contact arm (&#x2032;) protruding laterally from the mounting section (&#x2032;) and having on a distal end a contact point () facing essentially in a contact direction (K) for contacting the LED (), wherein the contact direction is running essentially in parallel to the pivot axis (P). Further, the invention provides that the base (&#x2033;) comprises at least one contact receptacle (&#x2033;) which is adapted to accommodate a contact element (&#x2032;) according to at least one of claimstoin at least to different rotational positions (R, R), and that the clamping element (&#x2033;) comprises an attachment section (&#x2032;) adapted to be attached to the base (&#x2032;) at the at least one contact receptacle (&#x2033;), and a holding section (&#x2032;) adapted to hold down the contact arm (&#x2032;) of the contact element (&#x2032;) towards the LED (&#x2032;).
