A roller bearing cage for guiding rolling bodies in a rolling body bearing, which has multiple rolling bodies, two cage side elements, between which the rolling bodies are arranged, and which have multiple web appendages to guide the rolling bodies, and multiple connection elements that connect the two cage side elements. The azimuthal position of the connection elements defines a connection area. Exactly one connection element and at least one web appendage are arranged in a connection. The connection element and web appendage are arranged in sections inside a radial interior of the respective cage side elements, the border of which is defined by the positions of the rotation axes of the rolling bodies.

A bearing cage for large radial or axial roller bearings, which has two axially opposed, circular ring-shaped side washers held at a distance to each other by connecting elements, and roll-shaped rolling elements disposed between the side washers which have bolt-like elements on the faces thereof. A side washer on at least one side of the rolling element has radial recesses into which the bolt-like elements protrude. At least one securing element suitable for holding the bolt-like elements in the area of the radial recesses in the assembled state is provided. Shaped elements that can each be introduced at least partially into the radial recesses of the side washer are provided as the securing element. This construction achieves easy assembly and disassembly of the housing, allowing high flexibility in repairing a roller bearing so equipped.

Bearing cage

The invention relates to a roller bearing comprising curved running paths, in addition to roller bodies and strain gauge sensors which are arranged between said running paths, said sensors being located in a groove on the outer diameter of the outer ring and/or on the inner diameter of the inner ring. The length of two adjacent strip conductor sections of the strain gauge sensor varies in such a way as to measure the angular position of the roller bodies between the strip conductors.

A metal window cage for a rolling bearing and supporting cylinder rollers. The cage having at least one ladder-shaped bent segment which is bent around to define the window cage. A joint is formed at adjacent cage segment ends which are interlocked in a dovetail shape lock at the segment ends. A connecting element connects the segment ends. The crosspieces at intervals along the cage segment and the connecting element at the joint are encapsulated by being molded over. Cylinder roller retaining clips are provided at the connecting element at the segment ends at the joint and also at the crosspieces between neighboring windows for cylinder rollers. The clips project radially inwardly to prevent the rollers from leaving the cage prior to installation of the cage and rollers in a bearing. The crosspieces and clips there are also molded over to retain them at the cage.
