This invention relates to glucose-sensitive albumin-binding diboron conjugates. More particularly the invention provides novel diboron compounds, and in particular diboronate or diboroxole compounds, useful as intermediate compounds for the synthesis of diboron conjugates.

Glucose-sensitive albumin-binding derivatives

The invention relates to MIC-1 compounds. More specifically it relates to compounds comprising a MIC-1 polypeptide and an N-terminal amino acid extension, wherein said extension consists of 3 to 36 amino acid residues and where the compound has a calculated pI lower than 6.5. The compounds of the invention have MIC-1 activity. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising such compounds and pharmaceutically acceptable excipients, as well as the medical use of the compounds.

MIC-1 compounds and use thereof

The present invention relates to novel peptides that are derivatives of glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP) analogues having improved physical stability in solution and a protracted profile of action. More particular the invention relates to such peptides that are agonists at the GIP receptor and to their use in weight management or for treatment of diseases such as obesity, diabetes or non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH).

This invention relates to glucose-sensitive albumin-binding diboron conjugates. More particularly the invention provides novel diboron compounds, and in particular diboronate or diboroxole compounds, useful as intermediate compounds for the synthesis of diboron conjugates. The invention relates to compounds derived from the EGF(A) domain of LDL-R, in particular compounds comprising a peptide analogue of the wild-type EGF(A) (LDL-R(293-332)) sequence and at least one substituent comprising at least one fatty acid group. The invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition thereof and use a medicament. The novel EGF(A) compounds of the invention are useful as treatment e.g. in the field of cholesterol lowering, dyslipidaemia and cardiovascular disease.

The invention relates to MIC-1 fusion proteins. More specifically it relates to compounds comprising fusion proteins comprising a MIC-1 protein or an analog thereof at the C-terminus of the fusion protein and a functional variant of human serum albumin at the N-terminus of the fusion protein connected via a peptide linker. The compounds of the invention have MIC-1 activity. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising such compounds and pharmaceutically acceptable excipients, as well as the medical use of the compounds.

Analogs of FGF21 carrying a modifying, substituted ethylene or benzyl group can be used for treatment or prevention of diabetes, dyslipidemia, obesity, cardiovascular diseases, metabolic syndrome, and/or Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD).

The present invention relates to novel glucagon peptides, to the use of said glucagon peptides in therapy, to methods of treatment comprising administration of said glucagon peptides to patients in need thereof, and to the use of said glucagon peptides in the manufacture of medicaments. Glucagon analogues

The invention relates to protracted Glucagon-Like Peptide-1 (GLP-1) derivatives and therapeutic uses thereof. The GLP-1 derivative of the invention comprises a modified GLP-1(7-37) sequence having a total of 2-12 amino acid modifications, including Glu22 and Arg26, and being derivatised with an albumin binding residue or pegylated in position 18, 20, 23, 30, 31, 34, 36, 37, or 39. These compounds are useful in the treatment or prevention of diabetes type 2 and related diseases. The compounds are potent, stable, have long half-lives, a high affinity of binding to albumin, and/or a high affinity of binding to the extracellular domain of the GLP-1 receptor (GLP-1R), all of which is of potential relevance for the overall aim of achieving long-acting, stable and active GLP-1 derivatives with a potential for once weekly administration.
