The method includes forming a plurality of signal lines on a base substrate; depositing a semiconductor material on the base substrate to form a semiconductor material layer; and patterning the semiconductor material layer to form a semiconductor layer of the plurality of micro LEDs. A surface of the plurality of signal lines away from the base substrate is uncovered during depositing the semiconductor material. The plurality of signal lines form a grid for facilitating epitaxial growth of the semiconductor material.

The present disclosure discloses a driving display method for an in-cell touch display screen. The method comprises the following steps: outputting a predetermined picture; performing initialization scanning on touch sensor electrodes of a TFT array substrate to obtain initialization scanning data as basic data; alternately outputting a display picture and the predetermined picture, and after the predetermined picture is output, scanning the touch sensor electrodes to obtain display scanning data; comparing the display scanning data and the basic data to determine whether a touch occurs.
