An apparatus for high-throughput cell culture with mechanical compression stimulation includes a cell culture vessel and a fluid pressure supply unit. The cell culture vessel includes at least one culture chamber, at least one pressure chamber disposed above the culture chamber, a membrane disposed between the culture chamber and the pressure chamber, and at least one pressurizing member that projects downwardly from the membrane into the culture chamber. The fluid pressure supply unit is connected fluidly to the pressure chamber, and has a fluid pressure supply device to supply a pressurized fluid to the pressure chamber so as to deform the membrane and move the pressurizing member, and a control device that is adapted to vary a pressure of the pressurized fluid in the pressure chamber.

Apparatus for high-throughput cell culture with mechanical compression stimulation

The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a positioning device for surgical operation, which could allow a surgical tool to be positioned precisely at a specific operating spot or a specific operating angle by providing a three axial free-moving function and a vertical and horizontal free-rotating function. Furthermore, the present invention is able to be electrically connected to and controlled by an automatic control system to achieve a more precise and efficient positioning function.

Positioning device for surgical operation

The present invention illustrates a method of manufacturing a surgical implant guide to increase the precision, safety and reliability of the surgery. First the present invention plans an invasive position for implanting an implant, and then, plans an invasive path for the implant to invade from the invasive position of an affected tissue, and finally, produces an implant guide based on the invasive position, the invasive path, and the shapes of the implant and the affected tissue. The surgical implant guide includes a coupling portion matching the shape the affected tissue, and a guiding portion matching the shape of the implant, the invasive position, and the invasive path. When the coupling portion is disposed on the affected tissue, the guiding portion is aligned with the invasive position, so that the implant is implanted in the affected tissue under guidance of the invasive path.

Surgical implant guide and method of manufacturing the same

A three-dimensional positioning device for minimally invasive surgery includes a base, two angle adjustable assemblies, an arc, a sliding assembly, a first positioning assembly, a second positioning assembly and a third positioning assembly. The base includes two first frames and two second frames. Two ends of each second frame are connected to the first frames respectively. Each first frame has a pivotal member. The angle adjustable assemblies are pivotably connected to the pivotal member of the first frame respectively. The arc includes a hollow track member. The angle adjustable assemblies are connected to two ends of the arc. The sliding assembly is mounted on the track member of the arc according to a predetermined position of a nidus. Therefore, the three-dimensional positioning device can effectively improve precision and operation more precisely in minimally invasive surgery to increase surgery success rate.
