A method for auto-calibrating a semiconductor component tester is provided. The semiconductor component tester includes a wafer tester or a package IC tester. Firstly, an initial tester setting value and an initial board setting value are acquired through a calibration board. Then, the test record of the semiconductor component corresponding to each test time and the tester parameter and the board parameter for testing the semiconductor component are recoded. If the semiconductor component fails the test, the semiconductor component is tested again according to the previously-passed tester parameter and the previously-passed board parameter, or the semiconductor component is tested again after the tester parameter and the board parameter are adjusted. The method is capable of correcting the improper test result from the improper tester parameter.

Method for auto-calibrating semiconductor component tester

A remote control toy car set comprising a toy car with a housing having a driving device, a camera system, and a first radio module. The camera system is fixed on the housing for taking images of the toy car in motion and generating corresponding image signals, and the first radio module is fixed on the housing and electrically connects with both the driving device and the camera system. The first radio module transfers the image signals from the camera system and receives radio control signals in order to control the operations of the driving device. The remote control toy car set also includes a remote control device for controlling the toy car. The remote control device includes a display for displaying images, a remote control interface for generating control signals, and a second radio module for transferring both the image signals from the toy car to the display and the control signals from the remote control interface to the toy car.

An encoder module for use in a three-dimensional cursor control device adapted for encoding process is disclosed. The encoder module of the present invention comprises a positioning base having a pair of corresponding positioning members, a signal generating device mounted between the pair of corresponding positioning members for generating encoding signals, the signal generating device includes a rotating member having a central portion and having an electrical contact on its surface, an axis reeving through the central portion of the rotating member for positioning the rotating member between the pair of corresponding positioning members, and a plate connected with the axis and having a plurality of electrical brushes on its surface. Wherein the electrical contact is intermittently engaged with the electrical brushes by rotating the rotating member.

The present invention provides a display control system having a window interface for organizing program and directory icons. The display control system comprises (1) a computer; (2) a displaying device for displaying a rectangular window interface; (3) a plurality of application programs stored in a memory of the computer; (4) a plurality of directories stored in the memory, each directory comprising a plurality of program entries, each program entry comprising an address and a program icon of one application program; (5) a platform file stored in the memory for storing a plurality of directory entries, each directory entry comprising an address and a directory icon of one directory; (6) a control program stored in the memory for displaying a directory frame and a plurality of icon frames in a non-overlapping manner within the rectangular boundary of the window interface, displaying the directory icons contained in the platform file in the directory frame, displaying the program icons of one directory in one icon frame and moving the directory displayed in one of the icon frames as a unit to another icon frame; and (7) a pointing device connected to the computer for controlling movements of a cursor displayed by the control program on the displaying device, and pointing and dragging one of the directory icons or program icons displayed in the window interface by using the cursor.

Display control system having a window interface for organizing program

The present invention provides an electronic key device which can combine a fingerprint with an input ID code to generate a key signal to initiate a computer system. The key device comprises a fingerprint input module for inputting a user's fingerprint to generate a fingerprint image signal, and a fingerprint encoder having a memory for storing the fingerprint image signal, an input ID code and a fingerprint encoding program, and a processor for executing the fingerprint encoding program. The fingerprint encoding program is used for converting the fingerprint image signal according its characteristics into a digital fingerprint code, and encoding the fingerprint code and the input ID code according to a key encoding procedure to generate the key signal.

Electronic key device using a fingerprint to initiate a computer system

A game apparatus with fast-access keys that can help the player to gain instant access to selected games is provided. The provision of the fast-access keys allows more friendliness and popularity to the game apparatus. The game apparatus includes a storage unit containing a plurality of game programs; a triggering device associated with a number of fast-access keys; and a control device coupled between the triggering device and the storage unit. Each key and key combination of the fast-access keys on the triggering device corresponds to a certain one of the game programs stored in the storage unit. The pressing of each key and key combination can cause the generation of a corresponding trigger signal which is transferred to the control device. In response to the trigger signal, the control device generates and transfers a start signal to the storage unit so as to retrieve a corresponding game program from the storage unit. This allows the selected game program to be loaded into the main memory of the game apparatus and run instantly for the player to play with.

Game apparatus with fast-access keys

The present invention discloses a pointing control system for controlling rotations of an object within a three dimensional view. The three dimensional view comprises first axis and second axes which are perpendicular to each other. The pointing control system comprises an image displaying device for displaying the three dimensional view, a computer electrically connected to the displaying device and a pointing device electrically connected to the computer. The computer comprises a program for controlling image display of the displaying device and rotations of the object within the three dimensional view. The pointing device comprises a housing and a first pointing controller installed in the housing. The first pointing controller comprises: a ball rotatably installed inside of the housing; a first rod and a second rod rotatably installed in the housing and attached to the ball for interacting with the ball to detect rotations of the ball in two different directions; a first angle displacement detector for detecting rotations of the first rod and generating a corresponding first angle displacement signal; and a second angle displacement detector for detecting rotations of the second rod and generating a corresponding second angle displacement signal. When the program receives the first angle displacement signal, the program will transform the first angle displacement signal into a first rotation angle and then rotate the object along the first axis about the first rotation angle. And when the program receives the second angle displacement signal, the program will transform the second angle displacement signal into a second rotation angle and then rotate the object around the second axis for the second rotation angle.
