A charge pump of a phase-locked loop (PLL) circuit includes a current source circuit, a current sink circuit, and a biasing circuit. The biasing circuit includes a current digital-to-analog converter (IDAC) and a low-pass filter (LPF). The IDAC provides a reference current in response to a current value setting, wherein a first voltage is established due to the reference current. The LPF applies low-pass filtering to the first voltage to generate a filter output as a second voltage, wherein bias voltages of the current source circuit and the current sink circuit are controlled by the second voltage.

An acoustic-wave device with active calibration mechanism is provided. The acoustic-wave device with active calibration mechanism includes at least one acoustic-wave duplexer, a voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO), a frequency discriminator and a control circuit. The acoustic-wave duplexer includes a TX filter and an RX filter. The voltage-controlled oscillator includes a calibration resonator and a tunable negative impedance circuit. The TX filter, the RX filter and the calibration resonator are disposed on the same piezoelectric substrate. The present invention relates to a low loss antenna switch. The antenna switch comprises a plurality of switch module and a plurality of transmitting/receiving terminals, wherein one end of each switch module is connected to an antenna unit and the other end of each switch module is connected to each transmitting and receiving end respectively. Further, each switch module comprises a plurality of switch units in series, wherein the width of at least one switch unit is smaller than other switch units of each switch module. Thus, the parasitic capacitance of the off-stage switch modules can be reduced, and VSWR (Voltage Standing Wave Ratio) of the antenna switch also can be improved.

A low-noise amplifier (LNA), a folded low-noise amplifier (folded LNA) and an amplifier circuit module are provided. The LNA includes a plurality of radio frequency (RF) input stages, at least one bias transistor and at least one radio frequency (RF) output stage. The bias transistor is connected to the RF input stages to provide a DC bias source to one of the RF input stages for isolating others of the RF input stages. The RF output stage is connected in parallel with the RF input stages, which share an adjustable input inductor.

The acoustic-wave device with active calibration mechanism includes at least one adjustable acoustic-wave duplexer, a frequency discriminator and a control circuit. The adjustable acoustic-wave duplexer includes a TX filter, an RX filter, a first loop switch and a second loop switch. The first loop switch is used for conducting a first loop. The present invention is related to a communication device capable of self-detecting operation status and detecting method thereof. The communication device comprises at least one communication module and a control module. The communication module is capable of self-detecting operation status, so as to generate at least one status information. The control module is allowed to read out the status information of the communication module via a Mobile Industry Processor Interface (MIPI). When the need for the adjustment of operation status of the communication module is diagnosed by the control module, a control signal is generated, and the control signal is transmitted to the communication module via the MIPI, so as to adjust operation status of the communication module. As such, the communication module may be operated under its best status, and also reduce the probability of overheating or abnormal operation.

A wideband front-end device comprises a wideband amplifying module and a plurality of narrow band filters. The wideband amplifying module comprises an input end, a plurality connecting ends and at least one receiving end. A wideband transmitting RF signal can be transmitted to one of the connecting ends from the input end according to the frequency band thereof. Thus, the wideband transmitting RF signal can be divided into several narrow band signals with different frequency bands. Each narrow band signal with different frequency bands is transmitted to different connecting ends and narrow band filters respectively. Therefore, each narrow band filter can be used to filter wideband transmitting RF signal or narrow band signals with different frequency bands respectively to reduce production costs of the wideband front-end device.

The present invention relates to a method for compensating a power amplification unit of a wireless RF module that includes a baseband unit, a RF transceiver unit, a power amplification unit and a control unit. The baseband unit is connected to the power amplification unit through the control unit and the RF transceiver unit. Based on the characteristic of the power amplification unit, the baseband unit provides a control signal to regulate the output signal characteristic of the power amplification unit, or provides a RF transceiver unit control signal to regulate the characteristics of the RF signal being transmitted by the RF transceiver unit to the power amplification unit, or to regulate the characteristics of the baseband signal being transmitted to the RF transceiver unit, enabling the characteristics of the output signal of the power amplification unit to meet the specifications of the related system.

The control device is electrically connected to the switch device, and the control device is able to provide a control voltage to the switch device, and turn on or turn off the switch device. Further, the control device determines frequency or voltage value of the control voltage provided to the switch device according to the power or frequency of an RF signal transmitted by the switch device.

A wireless speaker system including one or more self-propelled speaker device is provided. The self-propelled speaker device includes a processing unit, a wireless audio transmitter/receiver unit, a speaker unit, a tracking unit, and an actuator.
