The present invention relates to an oven comprising a first chamber and a second chamber, which are separated by separation means, conveyor means for guiding products from the inlet through these chambers to the outlet, temperature control means for controlling the temperature in each chamber individually using a fluid, respectively, and means to adjust the flow distribution over the width of the conveyor means depending on at least one process parameter or recipe.

A device for coating a food product with a particulate coating material comprises at least one essentially horizontal, rotary drum, at least one feed line for feeding food products to be coated to one end of the drum, at least one removal line for removing coated food products at the opposite end of the drum, as well as feed means for feeding the coating material to the food products, such that when the drum rotates the food products are tumbled and move from the end of the drum that is oriented towards the feed line to the opposite end. At least one further rotary drum is provided, the width of the feed line and the removal line being greater than the diameter of a drum and said lines extending over at least two drums in the transverse direction.

A conveyor belt system for transporting products through a bath of liquid, such as heated cooking oil in an oven, comprises a feed belt accommodated in a base frame and a top belt, located above the feed belt and accommodated in an auxiliary frame, for transporting the products through the bath of liquid between the top belt and the feed belt, as well an adjustable support mechanism for adjusting the distance between feed belt and top belt, which support mechanism comprises further adjustable supports by means of which the auxiliary frame is supported on the base frame. All supports are mechanically coupled to one another by coupling means for common adjustment thereof.

An oven which comprises a housing, a conveyor belt for guiding products through the interior space of the housing and heating elements for heating the products in the interior space of the housing using hot air and/or steam, which conveyor belt extends between an entrance and an exit of the housing and, between these two points, follows at least one path with turns which lie above one another. At least one air jet device is provided for generating a hot flow of air in jet form, which air jet device is positioned in such a manner with respect to at least one section of the conveyor belt that the hot flow of air in jet form impinges on the products situated on that section.

A device for coating food products with granular material, for example breadcrumb material, comprises a rotating conveyor belt which is permeable to the granular material and on which the food products can be held, guide plates which extend beneath at least a section of the top part and the bottom part of the conveyor belt, a feed, which opens out above the top part of the conveyor belt, for the granular material, a diverter for guiding the granular material from the top part to the bottom part of the conveyor belt and back, as well as a conveyor for conveying granular material from the top part of the conveyor belt to the feed. A selection device to which granular material is fed from the top part of the conveyor belt is situated between the top part and the bottom part of the conveyor belt, via which selection device the selected granular material is fed to the bottom part of the conveyor belt.

An oven comprises a housing provided with heating means, as well as an endless conveyor belt on which products to be heated can be accommodated and can be transported through the housing between an entrance to and exit from said housing, which conveyor belt is guided in the housing helically around each of two drums, which conveyor belt is guided in the housing helically around each of two drums, which are arranged in the housing such that they can be driven about their vertical axis, and is guided straight between two helical paths. The conveyor belt is supported, over at least one of the straight guided paths, by support means that can be moved in the same direction as the conveyor belt.
