A system for moulding three-dimensional products from a mass of one or more food starting materials which are suitable for consumption, in particular human consumption, has a production device having a frame, a mould member provided with at least one mould cavity, the frame supporting the mould member, mass feed means for feeding the mass to the one or more mould cavities of the mould member. The system also has at least one cleaning device for cleaning one or more parts of the production device which come into contact with the mass. The mould member is removable from the frame. The system has a storage device for storing a plurality of mould members, which may be provided with an identification, has recognition means for recognizing the identification of a mould member, and may have a memory for storing at least one history of a mould member.

Moulding

A system for molding three-dimensional products from a mass of one or more food starting materials which are suitable for consumption, in particular human consumption, has a production device having a frame, a mold member provided with at least one mold cavity, the frame supporting the mold member, mass feed means for feeding the mass to the one or more mold cavities of the mold member. The system also has at least one cleaning device for cleaning one or more parts of the production device which come into contact with the mass. The mold member is removable from the frame. The system has a storage device for storing a plurality of mold members, which may be provided with an identification, has recognition means for recognizing the identification of a mold member, and may have a memory for storing at least one history of a mold member.

A treatment device for treating food products with conditioned air includes a housing with a product inlet and product outlet. The housing defines a treatment chamber. The device includes at least one conveyor means for conveying the products through the treatment chamber from the product inlet to the product outlet, an air-circulator for causing an air stream to flow through the treatment chamber, and an air-conditioning for conditioning the air stream. The air-conditioner includes a heater and a moisture-feeder. The treatment device is also provided with controllable air-discharger for discharging air from the treatment chamber. A control device controls the moisture content of the conditioned air in the treatment chamber within a range defined by a predetermined lower limit and a predefined upper limit.

Treatment device and method for treating food products with conditioned air

A mass-distributing device for supplying a mass of foodstuff starting materials suitable for consumption, in particular a meat mass, to one or more mold cavities of a molding member for molding three-dimensional products from the mass is provided. The device comprises a housing, which has an open side which can be turned towards the molding member, in which a flexible abutment element for the housing to abut the molding member is arranged. In the housing, a through-passage for the mass extends from an introduction opening in the housing to a discharge, which discharge opens at the open side of the housing. Pressure means are provided in order to position the flexible abutment element under pressure against the plane of the molding member comprising one or more mold cavities, the pressure means being designed to set contact pressures in separate zones of the flexible abutment element.

The invention relates to a treatment device for treating food products using conditioned treatment fluid, comprising a housing (), which defines a treatment space () and is provided with an inlet () for introducing products to be treated into the treatment space, and an outlet () for discharging treated products from the treatment space, with the treatment space () being in open communication with the environment, a conveying means () for conveying the food products from the inlet through the treatment space to the outlet, with the conveying means () between the inlet and outlet following a helical conveying path () comprising several turns one above the other, circulation means () for circulating treatment fluid through the treatment space, conditioning means () for conditioning the treatment fluid.

A treatment device for treating food products with conditioned air comprises a housing which delimits a treatment space and is provided with an entry and an exit, at least one conveying device for conveying the products from the entry throughout the treatment space to the exit, the conveying device between the entry and the exit following a conveying path with several windings which are situated one above the other, air-circulation device for circulating conditioned air throughout the treatment space via a hollow drum. According to a first aspect, air-conditioning device are provided upstream of the air-circulation device for conditioning the air. The present invention relates to a frying device for carrying out a frying process for food products () comprising a frying oil reservoir () which can be filled with a volume of frying oil; a food product carrier () which can at least partially be immersed in the frying oil in the frying oil reservoir and at least one heating unit () having at least one heating element () which is positioned at least partially inside the frying oil reservoir and which has a heating surface () which is in contact with the frying oil in the frying oil reservoir during the frying process. Characteristic of the frying device according to the invention is the fact that the heating unit comprises a frying oil duct () with a channel-heating surface (). Furthermore, the heating unit comprises a first pump () for passing frying oil through the frying oil duct. During the frying process, the frying oil duct is in flow communication with the volume of frying oil in the frying oil reservoir, as a result of which frying oil can be passed from the frying oil reservoir through the frying oil duct.

Frying device

The invention provides a method for molding three-dimensional products from a mass of foodstuff starting materials which are suitable for consumption, in particular a meat mass.
