A coupling element for connecting a helix-shaped eccentric screw pump rotor to a drive shaft, with a drive shaft receiving portion and a rotor connecting portion arranged at an opposite end of the coupling element from the drive shaft receiving portion, the rotor connecting portion is constituted as a hollow cylinder for receiving a rotor end of the screw pump rotor, wherein the hollow cylinder has at least two inner circumferential surfaces which are complementary to the rotor and have a radius which is fixed with respect to the cross-sectional center of the hollow cylinder.

The invention relates to a stator casing for eccentric worm pumps comprising an elastic lining, the cylindrical stator casing having a surface on the inner side, along the longitudinal axis whereof grooves are incorporated.

The invention relates to an eccentric screw pump and a method for its operation. Unlike the previously known prior art, where changes to the internal geometry of the pump stator caused by wear were always remedied with radially acting clamping measures, the invention is based on bringing this about by a change in the length of the lining.

Stator system

The invention relates to a clamping device which clamps the pump stator with the pump housing and an additional pump end part. The width of the clamping bars is at least 20% of the cross section of the pump stator in order to stabilise the clamping device and the simplify handling. All parts which are required to clamp the pump end part remain on the clamping bars.

The invention relates to a compact eccentric screw pump including a sliding articulation. The long-lasting operation of the pump is ensured by a plurality of functions. According to the invention, both the reaction pressure resulting from the transport pressure and the concomitant phenomena emerging from the eccentrically rotating rotor and acting on the articulation and the drive are approximately equalized.
