The invention relates to an assembly unit having an assembly part, which is penetrated by a bore and is to be fastened to a basic structure. The basic structure having a shaft, a head, and a fastener. The fastener having a fastening section on the end thereof facing away from the head, which is held captively and movably in the bore between a first axial position and a second axial position. The assembly unit having a spring, which encompasses the shaft and is formed from a wound spring wire and which holds the fastener captively in the bore. The spring wire is wound in a spiral shape such that the windings thereof do not overlap in the radial direction relative to the spring axis.

Assembly unit

A device for connecting two tubular pipe sections. A sealing device is arranged between the pipe sections. At their ends, the pipe sections in each case have a flange-type end piece. The pipe sections are held together by a spring device using a pre-tensioning force, the spring device having a mid-section extending at right angles to the longitudinal axis of the pipe sections. The spring device has a spring element, from whose transverse sides of the mid-section, which extend at right angles to the longitudinal axes of the pipe sections, spring limbs extend. Forming an at least approximate U-shape with the mid-section, the spring limbs extend at least partially over the periphery of the pipe sections, the spring limps each having a centrical cut-out that is adapted to the outside diameter of the pipe sections and in which a pipe section is accommodated in each case in the mounted state of the spring element.

Device for connecting two tubular pipe sections

A device for connecting two tubular piping parts, in particular piping parts in a motor vehicle exhaust system, has two connector pieces with a sealing device being mounted between the connector pieces. The connector pieces are stressed against each other in axial direction by a spring device. The spring device has a wire spring which surrounds one connector piece at least partially with two spring branches and is supported by this connector piece. The wire spring is stressed against a stop on the other connector with the spring branches or another area of the wire spring.

Device for connecting two tubular piping parts

In an arrangement for interconnecting two exhaust pipe sections of a motor vehicle exhaust system with a vibration dampening structure disposed between the two pipe sections, a first one of the pipe sections has a coupling member radially extending therefrom and the second pipe section has a coupling structure connected to the coupling member in a circumferentially elastic fashion so as to permit limited relative rotation between the two pipe sections.

Arrangement for interconnecting two pipe sections in a motor vehicle

In an arrangement for joining tubular duct sections, especially the end sections of pipes of a motor vehicle exhaust system, wherein the end sections are received in one another such that one end section extends around the other in spaced relationship with a seal structure disposed therebetween, the one end section has slots and a spring structure is inserted through the slots into the space between the pipe end sections and has spring legs disposed in the space between the pipe end sections in engagement with the pipe end sections for holding them in firm axial engagement with each other and with the seal structure disposed between the pipe end sections.
