The invention relates to a synchronizer hub () comprising a hub body () that, on the outer circumference () thereof, has a sleeve toothing () for engagement of a sliding sleeve (), said sleeve toothing being interrupted by at least one first axial recess () and by at least one second axial recess (), wherein the first axial recess () has first lateral faces () and the second axial recess () has second lateral faces (), and wherein the first lateral faces () are inclined to the axial direction at a first angle (). The second lateral faces () of the second axial recess () run at a second angle () to the axial direction, wherein the second angle () is not equal to the first angle () of the first lateral faces ().

Synchronizer hub

The invention relates to a spur gear wheel with a gear body () made from a sintered material, which has a circumference around which teeth () are distributed projecting in the radial direction, and which is delimited by two end faces () in the axial direction. At least one shaped element () in the form of a recess () and/or an elevation () and/or a compacted area is provided on at least one end face () in the region of the teeth () and/or in the radial direction underneath the teeth ().

Gear wheel

A method for backing the inside teeth () of a sliding sleeve () produced by way of powder metallurgy for a manual transmission is described where the backings () of the teeth () forming the front-side pitches () are formed with the aid of a rolling tool () by back rolling accompanied by plastic deformation of material from the backing region. In order to prevent burr formation, it is proposed that the front-side tooth sections () delimited by the backings () are simultaneously calibrated whilst forming and/or calibrating the relevant pitches () with the aid of the rolling tool () for forming the backings ().

Method and apparatus for backing the inside teeth of a sliding sleeve produced by way of powder metallurgy for a manual transmission

The invention describes a method of machining a toothing () on an outer circumference () or an inner circumference of a work piece () made of pressed and sintered powder metal, by means of a rolling process carried out on the toothing () with two rotating section rolling wheels () which section toothing () engaging in the toothing of work piece (). The two section rolling wheels () are rotatably arranged in a common support frame () with an at least approximately constant distance between their section rolling wheel axles ().

Method and device for machining a toothing on a sintered part

The invention relates to a power assist element () for arranging in a synchronization hub () of a gear-synchronization device (), with a basic body (), which has a height (), a longitudinal extension () and a width extension (), wherein the longitudinal extension is arranged in the installed state in the circumferential direction of the synchronization hub (), and which in the direction of the longitudinal extension () has two opposite distal end sections (), on which respectively a functional face () is formed, which in the installed state cooperate with the synchronization hub (). Power assist element

The invention relates to a vane pump (), in particular a regulatable oil pump for a lubricating system, with a pump housing () with at least one housing tank () and with a vane rotor () disposed in the housing tank () mounted so that it can be rotated by means of a drive shaft () in the pump housing () constituting an axis of rotation () which provides a mount for vanes () in approximately radially extending fitting slots (). An adjusting ring () is provided enclosing the vane rotor () and circumferentially bounding pump cells () which, by means of a cylindrical internal wall surface (), can be displaced between a concentric position with respect to the vane rotor () and an eccentric position relative thereto, to which pressured is applied by positioning torques caused by the medium pressure and a positioning mechanism () in order to regulate a pressure level.

A power assist element for arrangement in a synchronizer hub of a transmission synchronization device includes a base body, which has a height, a longitudinal extension and a lateral extension, and which in the direction of the longitudinal extension comprises includes two opposite, distal end sections. In at least one end section a functional surface is formed, which in the installed state cooperates with the synchronizer hub. On the base body between the two distal end sections a central elevation is formed for engagement in a sliding sleeve groove on a bottom of a sliding sleeve. The central elevation includes at least one additional functional surface which can be brought into active connection with the sliding sleeve. The functional surface in the distal end section(s) is at an acute angle to the greatest longitudinal extension of the base body and oriented at an angle to the longitudinal extension.

A metallic structural part is described which is joined from at least two components (), of which one component () comprises a hub-like nose () for receiving the other annular component () without play, which is placed on the nose () so as to be stopped there and is secured against axial withdrawal by a latching ring which engages in a circular latching recess () of one of the two components (). In order to provide simple constructional conditions it is proposed that the latching ring engaging in the latching recess () of the one component () consists of a radially projecting ring segment () of the other component () and that the radial projecting portion (r) of the ring segment () corresponds at most to the magnitude of the maximum elastic deformation of the ring segment () in the radial direction.
