A hydraulically actuated safety valve includes two electromagnetically actuable pilot valves and is provided with two coaxial valve bodies movable in opposite direction towards each other. One of both pilot valves is designed as a proportional pressure differential valve and one of both valve bodies is provided with fine control notches. Thus, upon suitable actuation of the proportional pressure differential valve, the fine control notches clear a respective cross-section between the pump port and the working port and between the working port and the tank port to thereby allow a control of the speed and pressure buildup of a consumer such as e.g. a cylinder or a motor which is connected to the working port.

Safety valve

A hydraulic safety valve which is controlled by electromagnetically actuated pilot valves includes two valve bodies movable in opposite direction towards each other for regulating the connections between a pump port, two working ports and two tank ports. Upon occurrence of a faulty switching, both valve bodies are moved in a hydraulically locked end position so that the safety valve can be operated again only after eliminating the malfunction. By coupling the safety valve with a proportional pressure reducing valve, the pressure buildup and the speed of a consumer which is connected to the safety valve can be controlled.

A hydraulic safety valve which is controlled by two electromagnetically actuatable pilot valves is provided with two valve bodies movable in opposite direction towards each other and including control pistons for regulating the connection between one pump port, two working ports and two tank ports. Upon occurrence of a faulty switching, the valve bodies move into a hydraulically locked end position. One of both pilot valves is designed as a proportional pressure differential valve and the control pistons associated therewith are provided with fine control notches so that the valve can be proportionally controlled to thereby allow a control of the pressure buildup, the speed and direction of motion of a consumer which is connected to the valve.

A directional control valve for liquid and gaseous fluids includes a valve piston and magnets controlling the valve piston and arranged at a distance at the end faces of the valve piston to define respective chambers therebetween. Flow forces prevailing during operation of the control valve and opposing the actuation force of the magnets are countered by providing a throttle in the connections to the tank to create a dynamic pressure to support the magnetic force. In order to limit the magnitude of the hydraulic force as provided by the dynamic pressure, the chambers in front of the end faces of the valve piston are connected to each other via two passageways in which a pressure relief valve is respectively arranged.

Directional control valve

A valve device for controlling and monitoring an operating pressure in a hydraulically operated consumer arrangement, such as a tool chuck or head stock of a machine tool, includes a pressure reducing valve coupled to the consumer device and a servo valve connected to the pressure reducing valve for adjusting the operating pressure to a maximal allowable value. The servo valve is in turn connected to a flow monitoring device which upon reduction of operating pressure in the consumer device generates an electrical signal which is used for shutting off the consumer device.

Hydraulic control circuit for controlling and monitoring operating

A hydraulic safety valve for a press has two coaxially movable asymmetric pistons which, in the event of valve malfunction, block communication between the pump port and the working-fluid port while establishing communication between the working-fluid port and the reservoir port. In this position, the two pistons are hydraulically blocked against further movement and this blockage can be removed, and the valve returned to operative condition, only by removing fluid pressure at the pump port.

A pressure regulating valve for pneumatic or hydraulic pressure fluids, by means of which a higher primary pressure is regulated to a lower secondary pressure, comprises a housing provided with a primary fluid connection, a secondary fluid connection and a fluid relief connection, a first valve for controlling flow of fluid between the primary fluid connection and the secondary fluid connection and a second valve for controlling flow of fluid between the secondary fluid connection and the fluid relief connection, in which both valves are constructed as seat valves.
