An autonomously-guided industrial truck comprising a vehicle frame defining, in a plan view, a vehicle contour in sections. The vehicle frame comprises three structural levels, arranged one above the other in a vertical direction, each with its own contour. The three structural levels include a lower structural level in which a base structure is attached, an upper structural level with a covering, and a middle structural level comprising a frame structure for connecting the lower structural level and the upper structural level. The industrial truck includes at least one drive wheel assigned to the vehicle frame to stand below the vehicle frame on a driving surface and at least one scanner unit arranged completely within the vehicle contour such that a scanning plane of the at least one scanner unit lies at least in sections vertically in a region of the middle structural level.

Autonomously-guided industrial truck having three structural levels

A base plate for an autonomously guided industrial truck having a longitudinal direction and a width direction, the base plate being provided to form a base plate arrangement and to downward delimit a vehicle body of the industrial truck in sections. The base plate comprises a plate body to define, at least in sections, an outline of the base plate arrangement. The base plate comprises an opening central in relation to the width direction and provided for accommodating a drive wheel of the industrial truck. The base plate comprises at least one recess offset in the width direction in relation to a longitudinal center axis for accommodating a support wheel arrangement of the industrial truck.

An autonomously guided industrial truck comprising a vehicle body and a pair of support arms extending from the vehicle body. The vehicle body defines a longitudinal direction and a width direction of the industrial truck in sections in plan view of the industrial truck. The industrial truck includes a pair of support wheels or drive wheels located underneath the vehicle body on a driving surface and opposite one another relative to the width direction. The industrial truck includes a pair of scanner units arranged vertically above the support wheels or drive wheels. The pair of scanning units defines a scanning plane with respective scanning regions each scanning unit of the pair of scanning units, and wherein the respective scanning units are symmetrically opposite one another within an outline of the vehicle body in the width direction of the industrial truck.

An industrial truck comprises a load part comprises a load-carrying means including at least one load wheel and a drive part including a vehicle frame defining an opening. A steerable drive wheel and at least one support wheel are arranged on the vehicle frame. The at least one support wheel is arranged on a side of the drive wheel that faces away from the load part and is mounted as a trailing wheel that swivels about a vertical axis. The at least one support wheel is configured to at least partially protrude through the opening defined in the vehicle frame.

An operating head for an industrial truck comprises a support extending along a longitudinal axis and comprising opposing carrier sections. One or more gripping sections are positioned opposite each of the opposing carrier sections, wherein the opposing carrier sections and gripping sections at least partially define a handle opening. The operating head further comprises at least one operating element positioned on at least one of the opposing carrier sections. The at least one operating element comprises a cylindrical body extending along a cylindrical body axis and defining a bulge extending radially from the cylindrical body along a bulge axis. The bulge extends towards the one or more gripping sections when the at least one operating element is in a rest position and the at least one operating element is pivotable about the cylindrical body axis by exerting a force against the bulge.

A preassembly unit for the drive of an industrial truck, with a fifth wheel on which the driving wheel is rotatably mounted around a horizontal axis and which on its part is rotatably mounted in a bearing member around a vertical axis, a drive motor arranged on the fifth wheel, which is coupled with a driving shaft of the driving wheel via a gearbox, optionally a steering motor on the bearing member in order to turn the fifth wheel in the bearing member around the vertical axis, a parallel rod assembly between the bearing member and a frame of the industrial truck, which permits an essentially vertical movement of the preassembly unit in relation to the frame, and a spring arrangement between the bearing member and a frame-fixed section, wherein at least one upper drag rod of the parallel rod assembly is articulated on the lower end of a separate attachment section, which forms an interface with a counter-attachment position on the frame by attachment positions, and that at least one spring acts between a shoulder of the bearing member and an abutment of the attachment portion below the attachment positions.

Preassembly unit for the drive of an industrial truck

A hand rail for a walkie/rider truck and a conversely U-shaped hand rail has a grab bar, and a control housing being arranged on the grab bar which includes control elements for the lifting and lowering of the load carrying fork, for the horn and for a fast speed mode. The housing is located at the lower side of the grab bar such and the grab bar in the area of the control housing is formed such that the grab bar can be seized by the operator above the control housing in order to obtain a secure support and/or to actuate a control element.

A drawbar for power-operated industrial trucks with a drawbar handle which can be pivoted about a horizontal axis in a large angular range between an approximately upright position and a position inclined obliquely to vertical. The drawbar includes a drawbar head arranged at a free end of the drawbar handle, the head including a horn arranged in the extension of the drawbar handle, rod-like grips extending on both sides of the horn and approximately transversely thereto that are connected to carrier sections connected to the horn on both sides via arm sections attached to the end of a grip. The arm and carrier sections form a protective yoke with grip openings and at least one control element for a function of the industrial truck on one grip opening is arranged in the vicinity of the associated carrier section, such that it can be actuated from above by pressure from one finger, even when the hand grasps the rod-like grip facing it. The control element is constructed and arranged, such that with an approximately upright drawbar handle, it can even be actuated from the lower face of the drawbar head by finger or thumb pressure.

A steering arm for a walking/rider pallet truck, the truck having a housing with an upper side and the steering arm having a steering rod which is linked to the upper side of the housing with one end, and carries a steering head at the other end. The steering head includes actuation elements for the control of functions of the pallet truck, the steering rod having an upper surface and lateral surfaces which join to the upper surface, at least the lateral surfaces being covered by a cushion.

A steering arm for a walkie/rider truck which has a truck body, a driving motor and load bearing means, a platform for the operator and a steering rod. Button portions extend adjacent both lateral surfaces of the horn of a steering above the grip portions and extend approximately parallel to the lateral surfaces and are supported for pivoting movement approximately about horizontal axes. The button portions are arranged such that they can be actuated by the thumb or the index finger of the hand engaging the associated grip portion.

The frame having a forward-facing apron formed in the shape of a bow from a cut-to-size flat sheet metal piece and a one-piece rear wall formed from a cut-to-size flat sheet metal piece connected to the apron as a carrier unit for attachment and installation parts in the drive unit, which is chamfered and, as a result, has an upper portion and lateral portions which also define visible surface portions of the casing for the drive unit.
